+ -1 moreIt could not have gone better. He is a professional with the administrative, business aspects and a meticulous paperhanger. It has been a couple weeks since he finished and it is beautiful. I couldn't have had a better experience or outcome.
Description of Work: I had a relatively small job -- wallpapering my laundry room. I went to his website, sent him an inquiry, he called and made an appointment to come to the house and give me an estimate. He arrived exactly at the appointed time, briefly discussed the project, then gave me a written professional quote. The price seemed very reasonable for the job. He said he could finish in one day and would schedule as soon as I accepted the quote. He answered all my questions and came back the next week and did the job. He arrived exactly on time, worked neatly, quietly, and professional all day -- about 8 hours or so. He cleaned everything up perfectly, walked me through for my inspection. It really was a beautifully done job with some somewhat thick, difficult wallpaper that I had chosen. I paid him and he was off.

+ 1 moreIt went very well It was scheduled in a timely manner, and Rob Rinke was on time both days that it took to complete the job. He was efficient and did beautiful work. The plates and vent were covered, too, and matched perfectly to the wallpaper pattern. Rob made it all look so easy, but I know it was his experience and professionalism that gave us such good results. The cost was a little bit higher than we expected, but it was well worth it. Rob was neat through the entire process and cleaned up the work area completely. I'm happy to say this was a good experience!
Description of Work: In the powder room, wallpaper was removed, walls washed, ceiling painted as well as the trim, crown molding, door and door jamb. New wallpaper was installed, and plates and vent to match. Included was labor, paint & materials.

+ -1 moreRob was great to work with. He met with us promptly to give us an estimate after we called. He advised on quantity of paper to purchase. I had worked with a designer so I had a pattern selected. We had to delay due to the delay of other workers then we left on vacation for a week so we had to delay Rob over the holidays. He is very good so he is busy. But after a couple of calls he got back to me with a date. When the date arrived he arrived promptly and got right to work. One really cool thing he does is paper the switch plates and the heater vents. They look beautiful!

Rob was very professional and worked with me and my busy schedule. Cost was very reasonable, I purchased wall paper and Rob did the rest. Rob completed work quickly, less than 2 days and did a great job. I love my new look for my walls. Thank you Rob for a great job done!!

He quality of work is great. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself every day. He was much more expensive than any of our other 2 estimates (almost double), but we felt comfortable with him from the beginning. I would definitely use him again.

The end result was beautiful. Rob has also hung paper in other rooms of our home in the past, as well as repairing and painting the ceiling in our 2-story foyer. We've worked with him for more than 25 years. His knowledge of materials, adhesives, etc. is unsurpassed. He is always very professional - always on time and on schedule. He takes great care and always cleans up completely when finished. We would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter what size the job is.
