The workman arrived roughly on time. The home was a recent purchase and my home inspector pointed out several things on my roof that needed attention. I did not inform the workman of what the home inspector pointed out (just to test if he found the issues on his own), and so far I have not had the opportunity to get on the roof and confirm what the issues were found and repaired. I was not home myself. The person I had at the home said the workman was only on the roof a few minutes. I didn't initially receive any feedback on the work performed like I was expecting as part of the deal. I emailed the company and got back a very short response that no repairs were necessary. I'm hoping to check the work on this weekend to confirm everything was found and addressed.

He was punctual, made necessary repairs to chimney, took pics for me all for no additional costs.

Company was professional and prompt. The contractor was helpful. Sealed roof areas needing caulking, Minor repair on my furnace chimney. I would hire the company again for any roofing job.

The technician did a good job, he knew what he was doing and did a satisfactory job. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Big Deal purchased $99.00 for roof and $100.00 repair credit. They came out did a wonderful inspection, sealed up a few areas that looked suspicious. This is the 2nd time they've come out ( previous service at another time). Experience was great.

This Angie's Big List deal went very well. The contractor message me the next day. I called to set the appointment. The worker came on time and got right to work. He inspected my roof and told me there were no problems. He inspected my gutters and found 2 loose gutters, which would account for some dripping I had noticed. He fixed the gutters. The whole process took approximately one hour. I was satisfied with the results.

Excellent. John was very professional and did the job. This was the only company that came out for what most see as a minor job. I have other projects that need to be done over the next few years and I will be calling this company for quotes.

He spent time checking out the roof, did a number of small repairs, and then provided us with a detailed description of what he found and what he fixed. At a later date he spent time with us discussing the quote and materials and closed by saying that the roof still had a couple of years of life before we would NEED to replace it. I appreciated his honesty! That quote and his contact info are in our files!

They completed the inspection quickly and repaired several lifted/torn shingles. The also found a small hole and repaired it with caulk - we are following up with them for a roof replacement estimate but it hasn't been completed yet.

I was very pleased with their work. Eric was always available when we had questions or concerns .They started their job when they promised & finished quickly. They protected all our windows & plants & cleaned up after they finished. We had a few problems with our gutters & Eric promptly fixed them!

The idea is we are going to get another six years on our roof. To replace the roof was going to be $65,000. To get six years of life is what he guess, for a thousand dollars, sounded pretty good. I would use them again.

I question how thorough the inspection was. The representative from Paramount nailed down 1 loose shingle but missed a major area with several shingles that needed to be nailed down. He said that I needed repairs on atleast the peak and would email a quote. It has been 3 weeks and still no quote.

He was great. He was very neat and tidy. He was conscientious.

We cannot adequately describe what a wonderful experience we had. Eric was repairing another neighbors roof when he saw one of our roof vents tear loose. He offered to put tarp over the areas that were damaged. We contacted our insurance and Eric met with the adjuster within days. They agreed on the work needed. Eric's crew arrived and were able to complete all the work needed in two days. The crew was professional and cleaned up each day. Eric was on site a number of times to make sure everything was being done as we expected. The entire experience was stress free. We highly recommend Paramount. You will not be disappointed if you hire them.

When I purchased the roof review and repair , I was asked on line to give several dates I could be available for them to come. I gave them three or four days in the next week that I could be available. They never contacted me till more a week later. The contact came in the form of an email asking me when I could be available!! We finally scheduled an appointment more another week in the future. The day of my appointment came and they never showed up. The next day I found an email that they wrote the day before saying that they had to cancel my appointment because of weather. When I finally got hold of them they rescheduled slmost two weeks in the future. We were now more then a month from my original contact to Angie's List. I got a call from them a few days before saying that the repair man would be at my home at 9:00 am. The day of my appointment it was after 9:30 before he arrived. He said they were supposed to give me a window between 9:00-10:00 am. The office specifically told me he would be there at 9:00. Once he arrived, he worked quickly and was done in about 15 minutes. Because of all of the difficulty scheduling and their lack of good communication, I would not recommend them.
