Description of Work: The rep from the company came out on time on the day he said he would come, looked at what repairs were needed and completed the job within 2 weeks as he had committed to. We would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had Paramount replace the roofing on two homes. Both were complete tear offs and replacement. They did an excellent job on both including cleanup. I would definitely use then again.

Description of Work: Inspect roof and attic to see what was causing Ice Dam in my gutters, recommended heating coils to keep attic at reasonable temp, also notified me that my roof was in good shape.

Description of Work: We had a bit of a rough start when the subcontract crew showed up without materials and had to return another day (I had taken the day off work). The project started on a Friday but more than half was left for a smaller crew the next day. They worked until 9 p.m. to finish, but gutters were not installed and some shingles fixed until I called the following week. all in all, however, I am satisfied.

Description of Work: I called about a possible leaky roof. Eric went into the attic and found that the issue was a cracked pipe from plumbing. We talked over roofing issues and gutters. Description of Work: Honest contractor. Did appraisal at no cost and found we didn't need his services for this job. Gave free recommendations without trying to sell something unneeded. Because of his honesty we asked for a quote on another job. Feel terrific about using and recommending him. Eric was the person who came by.

Description of Work: I purchased a gutter cleaning from Angies List, and called Eric to set up an appointment. When he returned my call he explained that I was out of his normal service area. He said he would call Angies List to see if I could be refunded. If it wasn't possible, he would come and perform the cleaning anyway. He called back about 20 minutes later with the phone number to contact Angies List, and apologized for the mix up. Eric was extremely courteous on the phone, and I'm sure he would have been in person. I'm disappointed he won't be performing this service for me, but he went above and beyond to make sure it was made right.
