Description of Work: He replaced a cracked vent on my roof that was leaking. He also sealed all of the vents and took pictures to show me. He also took pictures of our roof in different places to show me where there is the most wear. He was nice and was only here for about 30 minutes.

Description of Work: inspected roof stated needed chimney work. chimney work done by CJW Chimney June 19. contacted Paramount that day to inspect roof again to verify nothing further needed to be done. after several text and voicemail messages finally came out 07/10/15. Paramount advised CJW took care of item which needed to be done and roof repairs needed were done.

Description of Work: Checked roof for structural integrity, tapped down popping shingles, replaced shingles as necessary, sealed around chimney and vents, etc... Eric did a good job and was very professional. I will use his service in the future if needed.

Description of Work: Replaced the pipe collars and shingles around them. Looked over entire roof. Caulk all exposed nails. Sealed any flashings that were damaged. | |So far so good.

Description of Work: They came out to give us an estimate for insulation and ventilation. Very nice.

Description of Work: We had them come out to do an overall inspection of our roof, with particular concern for areas where we have had ice dam build up the past 2 winters. They checked both the outside shingles and in our attic to see if there were any signs of leaks, and gave us a couple different options to address the ice dams this winter. We plan to have them out again in the fall to do the preventative work discussed. Only change I would make - contractor showed up 1 hour early, which made for slight inconvenience. It was do-able, we made it work, but a call ahead to let us know would have been appreciated. Overall though - pleased with service, will use again soon and will recommend.

Description of Work: Roof maintenance. Mr. E. Reno did a through inspection of our roof, fully explained & did all related works as part of the maintenance package and also provide me a summary of report that need immediate attention.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 deal on Angie's List and it was one of the best deals I've ever made. Eric Reno from Paramount Building is the real star of this deal. On his first visit to my home he inspected the gutter surrounding my porch and advised me that my gutter was fine. Even though the gutter was fine he took time to caulk the inside gutter seams which I appreciated. We agreed that he would return on another day to install downspout extensions. |On his second visit Eric installed and secured new downspout extensions all around my house. Now the squirrels will be out-of-luck when it comes to using the extensions for batting practice. |Eric is the kind of contractor every homeowner hopes to hire and I highly recommend him. |

Description of Work: Paramount employee Tommy and his coworker installed approx. 25 feet of gutter including downspout and did a very good job. Dealing with the company is a different matter. Missed appointments, missfiled paperwork, work initiated then not completed among the problems resulting in too much of the customers time being wasted, waiting, emailing and/or phoning. In the end, the work itself was professionally done.
