Description of Work: Assessed roof condition and repaired loose shingles and caulked an opening that was leaking. Was efficient and helped explain detail. Unfortunately he doesn't service my area generally. He just did this because of a groupon that wasn't properly geographically marketed.

Description of Work: Eric fixed a couple of clips on my gutters. He was friendly,returned calls promptly, worked with me to set up a convenient time, and arrived when he said he would. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They did an inspection of my gutters and roof and fixed some gutter nails that were coming out. They said I didn't need anything else now. I can't judge the quality because I know nothing about this type of work and I wasn't up on the roof with them. |They were there on time and very professional. They could have told me anything about the roof but they told me I didn't need any additional work done. So they seem honest to me. I kept their card and when I do need work done or if anyone I know needs something done I will give it to them. I forgot exactly what the inspection cost but it was @ $99.

Description of Work: The value of the work was exceptional, they allowed 2,500 sq ft for the base price instead of 2,000 sq ft of others. They included ridge vent and synthetic mesh instead of felt instead of being extra cost from others. Neighbors commented on professionalism of the crew and final product, including neighbors that had done roofing themselves. It took 2 days due to the size of roof, 3 bedroom ranch home with attached 2 car garage.

Description of Work: I was late in contacting Eric from Paramount Building Inc. I finally called him Sep 1, 2015, I have scheduled an appointment for Oct 22, 2015. My intention is take care of the gutters and the roof repairs which will cost more.

Description of Work: I bought the $200 for $99 service offer and Paramount came out and quoted about $1,600 for all needed gutter work. I then had them come out and show me what they could do for a $500 total repair. We agreed to the work but they never came out and did the work or followed up. I've spent $99 for nothing.

Description of Work: We purchased a $99 roof inspection package. We have a very old tutor with lots of angles and lots of leaky spots. Eric came out and found all of the leaky spots immediately. We negotiated a fair price to fix the bad spots. And his team came out and did the repairs in good time. Our plan is to use them annually to inspect and repair our roof.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced a roof on a colonial home. They recommended top quality materials with several price point options. They provided information on the materials to be used and I verified their quality with roofing material supplier. They did everything according to the agreement and did not take a penny until the job was completed. Once the job was done they cleaned up afterwards and you would never know they were there except for the new roof.
