Description of Work: He was to look at roof, take pictures, make some minor repairs, give estimate for new roof. After a number of call backs, we got some pictures sent by email. Had Asked for hard copy pictures. Do not know whether or not he did any repairs. We thought him very professional when we first met him; however, he lacked follow through.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect the roof of the house. He was meant to send pictures of the roof, analysis and recommendations of what was needed along with making some small fixes. All included in the $99 I paid for the inspection. | |He told me the whole roof needed to be replaced as the valleys had caved in. I asked him to send me pictures to my email after he initially told me he sent them to my phone as I had not received them. I never received an email from him either, doesn't matter how many times he insisted he sent them, I never received them. | |As for the patch up work he claimed to have done, (fixing exposed nails, etc) I'm of the opinion that he did nothing. I ended up having someone else come out that did these fixes and they never mentioned anything about recent small fixes being made. | |I asked him if I would be able to replace the valleys only instead of the roof, as I wasn't expecting a 16 year old roof needing to be replaced? He said that it wouldn't be possible, and that a new roof was needed. | |To my surprise the only valleys that needed replacing, was the two valleys at the bottom front of the house, for the front porch roof that sticks out above the front door. I had two other roofing companies come out and give me estimates to make the repairs, both of them said I DID NOT NEED A NEW ROOF. | |I did left him a voicemail, before contacting the other companies, which he did reply asking to schedule a time to come out and explain his findings, but by then I had enough of him. I feel I wasted my time and money using this company.

Description of Work: He provided the services as stated in the scope of work list on Angie's List. He also suggested a three step plan to fix an occasional leak. He sealed the area where the rain may be entering the house (step 1). If that works we are done. If not, we will go to step 2. He did the sealing for no additional cost. He thoroughly explained the probable problem the things to look forward to. He was professional and arrived right on time.
