Description of Work: Excellent service. Eric went out of his way to take care my elder parents home. They worked late into the night to finish the job in one day and cleaned up well. I was so impressed that I referred my neighbor who also employed his service. Eric also fixed couple minor things for me without charge even after my insistence. He felt it was a courtesy for my referral. Very nice gesture. A hard working young man who is trying to do things the right way. I'm sure many of us have more horror stories than satisfied ones when it comes to home repair field. Eric and his company, PARAMOUNT BUILDING INC, is a rare gem.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof inspection deal from Angie's list and they came out and looked at it and did what they said.

Description of Work: Paramount lifted a tree off my garage without going on the roof, due to storm damage. This was necessary in order to avoid damage to architectural roof. They did exactly what was was asked, cut up the tree and removed it, and also provided advice that addressed the source of the problem.

Description of Work: Paramount did a great job. The suggested colors for the roof and were very thorough in their estimate. We had two other estimates and their price was best given the quality roof we chose. The workers were prompt, cleaned up each day and left the property looking as though they were never there, except for the new roof. I would highly recommend Paramount as a quality roofing company.

Description of Work: He looked over the roof and suggested we use a wire for the spot where we get an icicle, to prevent ice-damming. Since it is a mild winter we plan to put it off for now.

Description of Work: I had to change the appt a couple of times because I broke my wrist & had surgery.' |Eric, from Paramount, looked over my roof, told me it had another 5 years, caulked a few spots. |Roof/gutter area needed repair. Said someone would get back to me with a price. I am not aware that anyone called or emailed me with a price. No additional $$ was charged.

Description of Work: The roof was leaking into the living room. Paramount came out; they were very courteous and professional. They evaluated the situation and scheduled a date to come out and do the repairs. When they returned, the roof was repaired in one visit and the living room has been dry every since.

Description of Work: Got a $99 tune up for roof. Discovered a leaky skylight and this is leading to more repairs for which I got other quotes but am having Paramount do.
