Description of Work: Bought "gutter/roof Inspection and minor repair" because I knew I needed a gutter repair. Told me he would contact me to schedule replacement of one whole side of house for $850 minus credit. Didn't call. I waited one week then called them left message asking to schedule. Instead of callback 2 guys showed up in half hour who didn't know what to do because space in narrow. they made calls and told me they would reschedule with other gear. Now 6 weeks since first visit, and 5 attempts--always me calling them-- and still waiting one week so far for my "next" call back. NO MORE. Please set my money back, I will find another company. They can't handle their customer communication.
