I had a few shingles blow off during a recent winter storm. Called on a Monday and Jon came out on Thursday. He performed the roof maintenance service by reattaching the displaced shingles, caulking nail heads and other lose shingles. Jon even reattached some siding that also came lose. This $99 service is a very fair price and will recommend to others if needed. I will keep Paramount in mind for future roofing and other needs.

call was yesterday or the day before explained to the girl on the phone the work they needed and that they got them from angies list She just said they just don't work in Detroit. with a condescending tone.

Arrived on time, polite and informative, Took care of shingle and another small issue, also looked over roof in general to see it was OK.

They were great! Finished everything in one day!

Service Person-Jon came on time, check the issue & understand right away, That shows excellent knowledge about their roofing experience. It was pretty small issue, which was quickly fixed by roof adhesive. He has given some good tips as well to maintain my roof. Extremely please with service & i will sure consider these guys in future !!!! Thank you !!!

Great job. The crew arrived promptly each day and ensured the job site was clean each night. The quality of the work was first rate. The roof was complicated with many angle changes and the crew ensured all of the areas were properly flashed and waterproofed. When the work was complete the owner came back and walked the entire roof to ensure everything was properly taken care of before the bill was paid. Would highly recommend Paramount.

Very well. I’m not getting on the roof since I’m 70, but it looks nice and it isn’t leaking!

Emailed 2/27. Was told they could not come out and look at the roof till 3/9 . After that, i was told it will be a week before I get estimate . On 3/21 I called to inquire about estimate .i Had not received anything . I received a voicemail with an apology and stating I will have it in a couple days. 5 days later I still have nothing .

Everyone at Paramount was helpful and thorough. They weren’t the cheapest quote we got, but they came to the table with extensive details on why they recommended higher quality materials and specifics on how to tackle the particular challenges our house and roof has faced (particularly bad ice dams). If you want a cheap roof slapped on, my reviews probably aren’t for you. If you want a roof done right, contact Paramount.

I waited too long to place my order and the weather was not kind. However, once Eric was able to squeeze me into the schedule, everything is fine. He's very busy, but worth the wait. If a contractor is sitting around with nothing to do - you probably don't want them working on your home. I intend to have them also add more insulation soon.

It went fine. We had removed the original gutters following roof replacement. The boards that needed replacement were already done, so it was just installing new gutters.

It was determined that it is time to replace our roof, so we've hired the company for the job! The receptionist, Ann, is extremely professional and friendly! And Jon seems very knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done. Our new roof is scheduled to be replaced in a couple of weeks.

They were prompt courteous and did a great job.

It went very well. They showed up on time, calling before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. They explained everything, showing me pictures they took of the work needed. They were neat and very professional. I would definitely have them back again.

Work seems fine. Would have preferred to have talked to them first, but the gentlemen did the work in 25 minutes or less and I never talked to him. Called the HQ to see if I could get pics or an itemized list of what he performed and they never got back to me.

Paramount did an excellent job. My new roof looks great. This company is very professional and will not disappoint. Also, their price was better than all other quotes I received. I would highly recommend Paramount Building to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

Job was done in just 1 day as they promised which is pretty crazy for a big roof job. Did a great job and owner communicated well.

put 4 vents in on roof but only 2 of the 6 baffle vents in. would come back and put the rest in when we were ready for insulation.

They scheduled it for a Tuesday and rescheduled for that Thursday... which they kept. I'm not sure if they did anything on that corner, but they said "there were no issues found except some nail pops and some caulk applied. I was not present for the service (out of state). Pam, the scheduler, was very attentive with communications. I hope they remembered to look at that corner for any issue that would cause a reported leak.
