He came out and looked at areas. Gave me a report that he would tighten gutters and return the next day to replace the guard. It was so seamless. I forgot about progect and later looked to discover that the job was completed as promised. I was impressed with the courteous and professional manner in which the work was done. I have been a member of Angie's List for about a year and never used the service. I will certainly be more likely to use it in the future with this kind of service!

The service was fine. They did a good job. I would not say it was an excellent job, but it was a fine job. I was happy with them. There were no additional costs to the $142.50 Big Deal. They were there one afternoon; it was not a long time. It was half-a-day at best. They actually noticed that we had some issues with our roof because we had some shingles coming loose. So, they actually brought that to our attention which we will address in the spring. The quality of the service was fine. I had no issues with it. They got everything cleaned out. We did ask them to get back to us with a quote for the roofing too because he does that and he did not get back to us on that, but with what I had contracted him for, he was very responsive in that sense. They were right here on-time.

The provider came to my house multiple times to slowly remove ice dam during EXTREME cold. Installed the coils during the same extreme cold. Only issue I had at all was that there was some gap in communication due to my project manager being on vacation during installation. Also, didn't make it clear on estimate and bill if the purchased deal from Angie's List was applied. I had to call to clarify.

Very well! Eric and his crew are VERY hard working. The price he quoted was reasonable, the work they did was excellent! They arrived when they said they would and worked 12 hours the first day on the job. The 2nd day we got hit with about 4" of snow, so they were a little late getting started, but were on the roof by 12:00 and worked till 8:30 pm when the sun went down. They returned early the 3rd day and finished the roof and did an excellent job cleaning up all the nails and debris around the house. I will hire Eric/Paramount Bldg. again for other jobs They went above and beyond what was expected.

I will try to keep this as short as possible. I can't say enough good things about Eric and his crew. Eric was extremely polite and catered to our construction needs. I am extremely picky when it comes to detail and wanted a class A job done. That being said, Eric and his crew did just that. They were awesome! The only issue I had, and it really wasn't a big deal, but like I said above "I am extremely picky", was a few areas that I wanted extra caulk and he had no problem doing it. Thanks Eric. So if you need a new roof/gutters, I would highly recommend Paramount Building Inc; you will be very satisfied. NOTE: Eric uses quality materials for all his jobs. Eric, Thanks again for all your hard work and accommodating us on our construction needs.

Eric was very professional and responsible from the moment we contacted him. He called us within 5 minutes of us leaving a message on his phone and set up a time to come out to give us an estimate immediately. He was extremely thorough and detailed about all of the phases of what he would be doing and provided us with views of our home, copies of his license and other pertinent paperwork to ease our mind about his qualifications, photos of examples of what would be done and provided us with a lovely folder of materials to look over with estimates, our home information, and also a folder with samples of all the shingles we could choose. He was not the least bit pushy and also seemed extremely knowledgeable. When the day for the job came he and his crew showed up exactly when stated and worked hard throughout the day. There was no loud music or rough language coming from the crew members like we have had with other home projects. They stayed until after dark cleaning the majority of debris away and came back the next morning as promised to put the finishing touches on the roof and the final cleanup and were gone before noon. I would recommend Eric and his company to anyone and would definitely look into this company for any projects they do.

Eric arrived on time, did not try to sell me something I didn't need, & did the work professionally. Very pleased.

It went ok but it was overpriced. They climbed in the attic and looked at things for 5 minutes. They didn’t give me any report on paper and just told me what they saw.

serviceman was nice and polite and arrived on time. I paid for the attic insulation service for $49 to check R value. Also told them I needed a roof estimate. the serviceman said they specialized in roofs (not insulation). he went into my attic and said I needed 5 more inches of attic insulation. I was expecting a report like angies list said - like a 12 point inspection checklist filled out..would have been nice to know that they checked everything that needed to be checked - such as baffles, air flow, amont of insulation, etc. serviceman had very thorough quote on roof though, if you need a roof...if you want insulation go with an insulation company.

Eric is very knowlegeable and very professional. The roof was completed in one day, the gutters the next day. My roof and gutters look great.

Eric was quick to schedule an appointment and was there on the day and time we set up. He gave me three options to repair. Fix the jerry-rig solution, use tar, or put in the ice and water shield with new (PROPERLY INSTALLED) shingles. Part of the problem was that the builder went on the cheap and didn't use enough shingles to overlap enough to form a proper seal. This young man knows his business and more importantly, he is honest and fair. He put in the shield and shingles in just a few hours, on the day he said it would be done and at a reasonable price. I would not only recommend him and his company, but in a few years when I need to, I will use Paramount again to do the job. Just so you know, I don't give reviews normally and rarely have the opportunity to give a glowing one. This young man is exceptional.

Very professional builder, completed all work on time. I would use again for other projects. All A ratings.

I knew my gutters needed cleaning out but was concerned there also might be something wrong with the ones on the second story since water was running down my windows by going behind the gutters in the last heavy rain. I was happy to find a service provider who would make minor repairs as well as clean the gutters. I talked to Eric and he was able to come out the same day. I explained my problem and he adjusted the slope on one gutter and tightened screws while cleaning out the gutters. He said the upper gutters were very full and that could easily be why the water got directed behind them. He said I should give him a call if the cleaning and adjustments did not resolve the problem and briefly described what he would do next. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable making me confident the problem would be resolved. We had another extremely heavy downpour and I did not see any water running down the windows or going behind the gutters. I was very pleased with the results and actually amazed how quickly the work was done.

Eric and his crew did a wonderful job replacing the roof and adding insulation to our attic. The were fast and left everything clean. I would highly recommend using them if you need a new roof.

Cleaned out all my gutters, hammered in loose gutters, gave feedback on the overall condition of the gutters and the roof. Also snapped some photos of my roof that had issues with the chimney to take back to previous roofing contractor who replaced my roof previously.

It was outstanding! Eric did fantastic work, he is punctual and courteous. I highly recommend him, when we decide to get our roof replaced Paramount Building will be the one that we hire.

I had a 8ft cedar trim that was rotting near the top of my chimney. I did not want to climb a ladder to replace it (about 15ft high) so I called a roofing company to get an estimate. I know this was a simple small job and I was afraid that I would have a hard time getting company to come out. I spoke to Eric and we set up a time for him to come out and provide an estimate. He arrived at the house and said it was simple and he could do it. I had the replacement piece primed and painted. He removed the old trim piece and installed the new board. He had matching caulk color in his truck and carefully caulked around the board and the nail heads. He also inspected the trim on the side of the chimney that I could not see. I could tell he paid attention to detail and was easy to work with. I also arranged for a quote for gutters and siding. Thanks Eric.

We seriously hit the JACKPOT when finding this company!!! There were only 3 reviews on Angie?s List for this company, which originally made us hesitate, but when reading each of them, they were really outstanding reviews! Sometimes it?s not about the quantity, but about the quality. As well as, when looking up this company?s site directly, which by the way is an amazing site, the additional reviews on there were just as awesome, and the company?s face book page with all of its reviews was also very impressive! Upon calling Paramount, the owner, Eric Reno, immediately called my husband back and made an appointment to come out right away, even during the worst and snowiest winter in history! My husband had called a number of other companies, but they all wanted to wait until there was no snow on the roof to come out. Eric didn?t hesitate, even knowing there was 2 feet of snow on our roof! When he came out to our home back in the middle of February, he walked the entire house perimeter outside in snow up to his knees, winds blowing, and temperatures hovering around zero. While outside, he assessed and measured (approximately, but with darn near precision) the roof from down below and then came in and spent quite some time crawling around in the attic and assessing it as well. He was able to determine not only where the leaking was coming from, but why our roof was leaking, as well as some additional issues, all without ever having to actually get up on the roof! He later sat down with us and we were presented with a beautiful folder containing roofing selections. He also provided us with copies of his license and the insurance he carries on his company and workers. He also brought with him many sample boards, and gave us a rough estimate. He spent quite some time with us, and we found him to be not only professional, but very personable as well! What an impressive guy with so many years of experience and owning and running his own company at such a young age! Upon leaving, he encouraged us to feel free to contact him with any other questions or concerns, or if there was anything else he could do for us ? all without even hiring him yet! Afterwards, we did have numerous questions and concerns, and he answered all e-mails and phone calls promptly! Deciding to use Eric and his company was a really easy decision; picking out a roof on the other hand, was a very stressful decision. We were looking for our roof to be a real ?wow? and finding it difficult to visualize the different shingles and colors on our house from a catalog. Eric had no problem whatsoever bringing over numerous samples of shingles, on several different occasions, and throwing them up and displaying them on the roof each time to help us narrow the decision, all while it was still unbelievably freezing outside! When it was finally warm enough to begin working on our house (2 months from the original first appt.), Eric was very accommodating and kind enough to work around our daughter?s midnight shifts at the hospital (nurse) and came on days that he might not necessarily have preferred to start the job on. The shingles were delivered the afternoon just before the start of the job the next morning! Shingle delivery guys were very pleasant, and so quite we barely knew they were even putting anything up on our roof! The dumpster was only in our driveway from just before the start of the job until right after it was finished! Eric came on time with his crew of 8 men, and stayed on the job working with them the entire 2 very long days that they all put in! It was really great to have the owner here and working right along side of his crew! While most of the crew worked on the roof, there was another crew yet that their only job was continuously, non-stop, cleaning up on the ground below the roof, including running a large magnet on wheels around all day to catch nails in the grass, the landscaping, on the patio, and driveway, etc.! Something else very note worthy, was that there was no music being played, let alone loud music, during the entire 2 days of working! Very much appreciated!!! When the job was finally completed, and upon inspection after everyone left, my husband noticed a few minor issues and called Eric the next morning. Without hesitation, Eric immediately came right back out that very day and brought with him a crew member and spent another ½ day addressing the issues! At that time, my husband also asked if he would remove our old ugly gutter guards, and he did that without any hesitation as well! Seriously OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Needless to say, we are so happy with our new roof and insulation, as well as the workmanship, and even happier with having found and chosen both Eric and his company for the job! In addition to being very personable and easily approachable, we found Eric to be very patient, highly motivated, and with incredible energy! We not only HIGHLY recommend Paramount, but hope to have them out to do more work in the future (i.e. siding and gutters)!!!

When the owner (Paramount Building Inc.) Eric Reno came to my home for a quote he was very polite and professional he when over everything on what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. The workers were also very professional and polite and hard working. They all had a job to do it and they did it. The men worked very well together. They even had a young man on the ground cleaning up after the men on the roof there was never a mess. I was very satisfied with Paramount Building Inc. and when I need more work done I will definitely call Mr. Eric Reno and his crew.

Our experience with Paramount was amazing from the beginning. My husband called and left a message saying we needed a roofing quote, the owner personally called back within 2 hours and was to our house the next day! His presentation was great, very nice folders and literature given out, just seemed an honest good man. We received 2 other quotes and decided to go with Paramount not only because of price but quality of professionalism. They were on our roof within 2 weeks, very clean cut crew. I drive by and see a lot of these shirtless dirty men with other companies, but they were all wearing matching shirts and polite and courteous. My roof looks remarkable & you would never know after it was done they were here everything was so clean. The owner and his family personally sent us a gift afterwards, it was the little things that made this company outstanding and a pleasure to work with.
