It went well. Staff were on site relatively on time. The roof is beautiful. My only compliant is the clean up, some trash was left behind that my puppy got into, staples and food.

On time, polite professional, gave us good advise. Did not try for a hard upsell, which was appreciated.

Very responsive. We found it hard to find someone who would do such a small job (our house had been reroofed a couple years ago, but the detached garage had not been). Paramount did the job as a filler to their other larger jobs. Very quick. Cleaned up the mess and even allowed us to dump other stuff into the dumpster.

This provider came out a day early because he forgot he was going on vacation. Got up on roof, did inspection and took pictures. I have not heard from him since he came to the house. I gave him my email address and he told me he would provide a report with photos. After contacting Angie's List, Eric at Paramount Building contacted me. He sent the pictures and report I was waiting for. He was courteous to me and apologized for the delay.

Arrived on time . worked efficiently and finished at an appropriate time. Professional.

They were very good. He said that I probably had another couple of years on the roof. In fact, he gave me a quote on some future work that I don't have to have done right now. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. I was very satisfied with him. He wasn't trying to pressure for sales or anything like that. Sometimes these companies come out and they love to pressure you. He was not like that at all. I felt like he gave me honest advice. I thought $99 was super and he didn't charge me extra for the shingle. He said, "Well, it might not match." I said, "Okay. That's on my roof. I can't see it." I haven't had any problems. They scheduled it right away. He was here when he said he was going to be. I was happy with him.

Eric performed the service for me, he was an outstanding individual. They came out on time and did an outstanding job.

Very prompt and fixed the problem area in less than 30 minutes

I had a leak that he identified the cause from some siding work from a couple of years back and he fixed it. He gave me a great idea of how much longer my roof will last. He gave me an idea of how much it would cost when I want to get it done. He didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't need to do. He just fixed the problem, which was small, and I don't think I have had any problems. He was very prompt. He was actually early. When he came to give me the estimate he was on time. He was early to actually come do the work. He explained everything. As long as the repair holds up and I don't have any leaking I would give him an A. Fantastic.

I searched Angie's List for gutter cleaning services. Paramount Bldg., Inc. was one of the providers I chose to contact because of their positive reviews. Of the three (3) I contacted, only Paramount Bldg. never contacted me in return. Initially, I requested an online quote from Paramount, and I received an automated response, " Thank you for contacting us. You will be hearing back from us shortly." When a few days had passed, and I'd heard from the other two providers, I phoned Paramount and left a message. I was not given the courtesy of a return phone call. Perhaps Paramount Bldg. should not be included in the providers of gutter cleaning services. Assuming this is primarily a roofing/gutter repair company, perhaps this was a busy time for them and they did not want or need to clean gutters. That's fine, but a return phone call would have been appreciated.

More wood needed replacing than I had hoped, but they gave me a break on the wood. The roof and new shingles look great.

The representative came to service my roof, based on the Angies List pre-paid deal I bought for $119. The fellow was on time, very professional, and inspected my roof, replace a shingle that had blown off in the spring, and caulked around all vents. He said my roof looked good, and that the original installation was done well. I am totally satisfied with the work provided by this company, and the price was way less than the other roof companies, for the same service!

Eric was punctual and performed the roof inspection on the outside. He also made a couple of minor repairs on the bump out window roof and at the porch. Eric mentioned that our roof is still in good shape and should last for some more years before it needs to be replaced.

Friendly, knowledgeable and timely!

During his first visit he conducted a through inspection of the roof. He photographed all areas of work. He gave an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the roof. He emailed me the estimate. I approved. We scheduled the repair date and he sent 2-workers to do the job. They were very good! Completed the work and cleaned up before they left.

Was not sure why I had a wet floor because the walls weren't wet - but he found the issue and made the repair

Went great...we liked Eric so much that we are thinking about having him put some new gutters/guards and siding on our house soon.

Called Eric and arranged appointment which he promptly showed up and evaluated the situation. Set up time frame to fix problem and had to change the date due to the weather situation. Was always co operative and professional. Will only know if the problem is fixed when the snow flies next winter. Was prompt, efficient and professional, would definitely recommend and use for future jobs. Always returned phone calls and e mails in a timely manner and was flexible and willing to work within my schedule. Job well done.

Excellent work. Took 1 and half days, as they promised for our size roof. Left no debris - cleaned it up well after work completed. Accommodated us early (bumped to head of the work queue) since we had some leaks on the roof. Put tarp in place immediately before work commenced. Rates were competitive (we took 3 bids before choosing Paramount). Recommend Paramount highly. They delivered what they said.

Eric was very professional and went above and beyond in the work that he did. everything that was done worked perfectly. I have already contacted him to do some future work.

The inspector arrived promptly and had all the tools he needed to do the job correctly. From our brief conversation, it was obvious that this company knows about roofs and what kinds of situations can cause pproblems! He went right to the problem areas and corrected them. In the future, when it is time for a whole new roof, I will be calling this provider to do the job.

Job was done quickly and professionally. No problem w/ the shingles. They had some difficulty w/ the rubber roof - getting air bubbles out. In the end they were able to do it.

Initially, Eric, the owner, and I got off to a bit of a rocky start. Most of it was some phone/voicemail problems he was having, so he wasn't following up on a quote he had given me for installing gutter guards. However, he is VERY diligent in checking his Angie's List communications and reviews. Once he had learned that I hadn't had a good experience with his company getting back to me, he offered to make it right. Within 5 days he was out at my house and had the gutter guards installed, at a price a that was very competitive. He also agreed to clean clogged gutters at no extra charge to make up for the miscommunication. He also sent me pics of the finished work as soon as he was done. Most large companies would not have made the extra effort for a small job (<$900), and most small companies are so busy they simply wouldn't have responded. Eric is a small business man who seems to genuinely care about building a good reputation and doing quality work. The only bad mark I left on my rating s simply based on the problems we initially had, which he addressed completely and professionally.

Eric is well on his way t building a great business. He is young, aggressive and shoes a professionalism beyond his years. Everything as promised and a quality job. Would and do recommend Paramount to all.
