This was an Angie's Great Deal. Paramount responded very quickly with a call to set up an appointment. Eric came at the time set, was very courteous and professional, asked if there were any problem areas on the roof, and set to work. After the inspection, he pointed out a few areas that needed attention, patiently answered all my questions, and fixed the problem areas and more. He seemed very honest with his assessment and didn't overstate any problems. I would trust him with any future roofing repairs.

Eric and his team are the absolute best. Very prompt, professional and the quality of work is excellent. Eric is very honest, thorough and detail oriented. We have a large multi pitched roof. I highly recommend recommend Paramount Building to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

Eric, who turned out to be the owner, was very efficient and professional. He showed me the old roof vent cover (was very worn and cracked) and assured me that we would get through the winter without problem. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided and will likely use his company next spring for a new roof! Thanks Eric!!

Eric came out on time and was very professional. Pointed out a few repairs that were needed and completed quickly. Sealed and caulked and cleaned out a bees nest had taken up residence and recommended a service to help in the near future. Would use again! A++

Section of gutter over garage still leaks but I thought I would wait to ask him about this when he came back to install new section in front of house, and maybe have him replace another section of gutter over garage.

The workmen worked a whole day and then finished one final section and cleaned up the following day. They were polite and quiet (as in, not up there swearing or yelling like my neighbor's roofers). We were quoted two can vents, but the guys only put in one. The owner stopped by and added two more to make it right and to look balanced. He was EXCELLENT to work with. The roof was more expensive than the deal because it was bigger than the amount allowed. It still fell in the range we expected to pay and we had a highly rated company work on it.

Eric was pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable when he came to quote the project. Responded to email promptly, and scheduling was easy. The quote was very reasonable and got better after the Angie's List coupon was applied. Some issues were discovered after they took off the old skylight (thankfully, minor). Eric came back 2 days later to fix these, at no extra charge. The final result looks good and will hopefully perform as intended. The only glitch was that my job somehow disappeared from their schedule the first time round and had to be rescheduled about a week later. Not a big deal but it was inconvenient as I had to take additional time off work. I will likely call Eric again for the next exterior project on my house.

He was thorough, explained everything he found so I could take action myself or pay him to do the work. He didn't just give me a quote and leave it at that.

The provider was courteous and prompt. He did not take a lot of time. He quickly finished what he stated needed to be done. Took about 15 minutes. We thought it was rather quick so we called and asked if he had completed the work. He sent us pictures. We could not determine where the work was done. When questioned where it was done. He explained the sealant was clear, but if we had someone to go on the roof and check, they would be able to determine where he put the sealant.

Everything was done on time and very good quality. Eric Reno, the owner, is very involved and has a very good team of installers and supervisors. Eric is extremely responsive and follows up to ensure the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. Paramount is an excellent roofing company.

Eric came out for a gutter and roofing inspection and repair. He was able to fix a gutter issue we were having in the front, and identified a minor roof leak issue that he was able to quickly repair with some added flashing. He also caulked and inspected the remaining roof and gutters and did a thorough and professional job.

It went very well. He was prompt and checked my roof and gutters. Explained the problems with the roof. I have decided to go ahead with a new roof. I will get quote from Paramount and two other roofers.

Work was started as scheduled. Paramount didn't skimp on material or quality. They went in and examined the attic for any leaks after a rain fall.

It turns out that I had significant issues other than loose shingles. The technician took pictures of the problems and gave me an estimate of the cost. He did not try to push me in any way to make a commitment to have their company do the work; he was actually apologetic to have delivered me such bad news. I used his assessment and quote as a baseline when I had other contractors come out to provide me their estimates. While I chose to go with another company for the major repair work I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of Paramount Building.

Provider responded quickly. Appointment made within a reasonable time to provide the service. Came on the date and scheduled time. Very professional and pleasant. Checked the gutters, roof, windows, and attic for any issues. Explained everything he did. I was very pleased with the work he provided. I feel better prepared for the winter weather months ahead now. Thank you, Eric.

he was supposed to inspect the roof then send us photos of any bad spots. he said the boots on our exhaust/vent pipes needed to be replaced and some watherstripping secured. I authorized the work, but we Never received any photos and he has not yet come back.

Eric repaired 3 downspouts that were held together by duct tape and completely inspected the roof. He caulked around all of the exhaust vents and flashing. He was supposed to come at # p.m. but called and asked to come earlier because the weather report was not favorable for the afternoon. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

The job went very well. Eric Reno, of Paramount Building Inc., arrived on time. He went on my roof to see what he had to seal. He came down and apprised me of what he had to do -- completed the job in approximately 25 minutes or so. When he finished I thanked him for coming out, he thanked me for using Paramount Bldg. Eric, was very professional and personable .

They came out to quote the job a few days after I called. There price was great! I had 6" gutters put in, for the price some places tried to charge me for 5" gutters. Once we agreed on work to be done by them, the job was set up to be done the following week. They were OK with me saving some $$$ by buying & painting my own fascia. Sub contractors installed new fascia & gutters. Next rain, I had few spots where I was still getting drips off the fascia they replaced, but they came out the next day fixed it right away. The only reason I rated them a "B" on quality, was there a little damage to my wooden soffits. I covered it up with paint to match fascia. Over all, VERY happy & ready for the winter.

Eric was timely, professional and knowledgeable when he provided the quote. Throughout the process he was very responsive, and I never had to look for him as I have had to do for contractors in the past. I was pleased with the work, and anything about which I had questions, he provided answers, and he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction when the job was done.

Very well. Eric was punctual, professional and efficient. Got good advice about the state of my roof and gutters, and made suggestions for what I could do to improve it and approximately how much it might cost.
