He was polite and very business-like. He finished very quickly. I had to go in the backyard and he was up on the roof then and explained what he did to solve the issue I had. He was in and out. The technician is a nice guy, very pleasant. He was punctual and knew what to do.

We originally purchased the Angie's List deal from them a few months ago for an inspection and roof repair. At that time the repair person fixed several shingles that had fallen off the roof and fixed some flashing. About a week ago we realized the roof over our front door had a small leak that was creating a water spot on the ceiling. They came out as soon as they were able (it was raining for several days, so we had to wait for the weather to clear) and repaired the flashing on a dormer above the front door in about 15 minutes. They were quick, professional, and I would definitely use them again!

Paramount was very difficult to contact. Once I had purchased the roof maintenance package from Angie's list, it took multiple calls to get a call back. In fact the only way to get him to call back was to mention I would be noting this in the Angie's list review. The maintenance he did perform on the roof was not acceptable, I had a leak around the chimney as my primary concern. He said he corrected this, but it still leaked afterward. I could tell that he did caulk by the empty tubes he left on my roof with his hammer. During his visit, I asked him to quote a particularly trouble some area on my roof. This I did not expect to be covered in the maintenance package because it would be quite involved. He did quote it, but multiple calls and promises to come out netted nothing. I had gone as far to coordinate the dumpster rental for another project to make it easier on Paramount. Again a no show. When he did call back, he was very nice to talk with. but unreliable. Perhaps my job was too small to be trifled with and a bigger job would net more interest. I will not be using Paramount on any future projects.

We bought the roof maintenance/repair deal for $99. They were easy to contact and schedule an appointment; they were very punctual and the repair person was great. We just purchased our home recently and knew from our home inspection that needing a new roof was not far off. He climbed all over our roof and answered a lot of questions we had about how long we had before it needed replacing. He patched a couple of shingles that had fallen off, and was very friendly and helpful. All and all it was a great experience.

Wind storm fri. night. I called a roofer saturday morning. He said he would be out monday. Monday came and went. I left messages but no returns. Tuesday at 1000 I called Paramount. Ann said they could come out on Wed. I wanted it done if possible today (winter storm coming). Ann called back at 1030 said she found a crew that could do it for me. Their were at my house in an hour and done by noon. I felt Paramount roofing and Ann, gave me what all customers want. Communication and Service. I will need a new roof soon, guess who I am more likely to call.

I had the roof done, but I think the Angie’s List part of it was just a reason for him to come and check the roof. I know that is part of it, but there is no fixing involved. It is either you replace your roof or whatever. I am pretty neutral on it. They did a good job on the new roof. The Deal was $99 to fix any problems and most people do not have problems to fix. They told me they were going to come at a certain date and they were three, four weeks past that. I would not give them a bad rating or a high rating either. The quality of their work seems to be good. They were there when they said in the morning. I would consider using them in the future, but I would definitely speak to other people as well.

I purchased the $99 roof and gutter maintenance package through Angie's List. I called several times and sent an email to schedule an appointment but did not get a response for two weeks. I finally called Angie's List and told them that I was not getting a response from Paramont. Paramount finally called me that same day. The day of my appointment Eric called and asked could he come earlier then our schedule time which worked out well for me I explained to him that I needed a summary report of his findings for my homeowners insurance. After several phone calls and an email, I finally received the summary report on January 27 via email.

Awesome experience! He came out and explained everything that was needed. Did the work while I was gone, as my schedule wouldn't allow me to be there.

They showed up exactly on time They were prepared to explain every aspect of the roof installation. Price, timing, shingle selection On the day of installation, the crew was at my house early, and ready to install. They set up tarps, and garbage bins. roofing is a messy job, they clean up was perfect. They estimated it would take 4 days to complete the job, it was done in two. I would give them higher than 5 stars if I could. It was a perfect experience

Attempt to Resolve ice dam issues in winter time

Great- they did a good job of cleaning up. No gutter gunk thrown in the beds or deck.

We are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship delivered. The owner communicated with us every step of the way. The new roof looks fantastic! The guys were efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving. I've already recommended the company to friends who are interested in replacing their roofs.

Well he came in and did his thing but gave me the wrong information. Then he took off and went on vacation. The big deal covered it but he misunderstood me and estimated it wrong. He came out soon after the purchase date. He gave me an estimate and it was incorrect and I went to contact him but he was gone for awhile. I wouldn't use him again, he is farther North of me.

Showed up about 20 minutes later than expected, but made sure to let us know via phone call. Sent pictures of work that he suggested be done that was more permanent. Gave an estimate. Caulked as needed.

I was not at the job site as this work was performed on a rental unit of mine. The tenant told me that the work was performed as requested. Some shingles had come loose and the provider replaced these as part of the service.

We had a bit of trouble connecting, as much our schedules as theirs.

Later edit: Apparently there is some confusion on this, and I want to be very clear: I got an estimate from Paramount Building, but I did not have the work done, and did NOT pay Paramount anything. I only paid the original Angie's deal fee of $30.

He let me know how we could patch to get through winter and gave me the current status of our roof and an approximate amount what it will cost to replace next year. He also filled whatever nail holes he could to cover the cost of the deal I bought. Overall satisfied as I already knew we needed to replace the roof.

Eric showed up right on time. Checked my roof, repaired several loose shingles and said that I could wait until next year to have the roof replaced. He found the cause of a leak I had in my sunroom roof and caulked it. No charges. I had a very good experience with him and his company and would definitely call them again.

Nail pops were filled in with epoxy and the overall assessment of my roof was that I had approximately five more years of use before I would have to replace my shingles.

Sealed a number of nail pops and has not leaked since.

It went very well. Communication was good and appointments were kept. Very prompt and knowledgeable, as well. They kept the job site cleaned up as they went along and left it in very good shape. I had gotten the deal for a roof maintenance and inspection, knowing I had some missing shingles from a windstorm. The number missing was way more than I realized and I had been prepared for the possibility of having to replace it in the near future due to the age of the existing roof. Due to impending inclement weather, I decided to have it done right away. I did not price shop the job and may have been able to find a lower price. It was important to me at the time to get the job done and they were able to fit me in.

The day they were finished the crew chief inspected the roof. No one left until he approved the job. I was very impressed. the next day Eric, the owner inspected the roof again. I would definitely recommend Paramount Roofing.
