Workers were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient workers They completed our original request for a 110v outlet for microwave oven and corrected connection that had been causing lights to dim. In addition, they replaced ground fault interrupters where needed. Their knowledge and expertise has allowed us to stop worrying about possible electrical fires.

I would call them again if I had additional electrical work or concerns. On time, good problem solvers, ready to do the work with a fully loaded truck.

We have been looking for someone to install an attic fan for months. We finally found Metro Electric on Home Advisor and after calling them on a Sunday and leaving a message, I got a call back first thing Monday morning, from Katie. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the ability of Metro Electric installing an attic fan. She set up an appointment for the next day (Tues) at 8 am for Dan McDonough to come out and give us a quote. She also said that he could install the fan on Tuesday. I was doubtful since the last company not only said they couldn't install an attic fan, but they recommended against having one installed. I received an email confirmation immediately after talking to Katie. On Tuesday morning, I received an email with Dan's picture and a confirmation that he would be here at 8. He arrived exactly at 8 and we discussed installing the fan. He was extremely knowledgeable about attic fans and went over the pricing. We decided on the spot to have him install the fan. He installed it in less than 4 hours and then completed an entire house electrical inspection, pointing out several areas of concern that we were not aware of. I am completely satisfied with the customer support, service, and professionalism of Katie, Dan, and the entire Metro Electric Team. I plan on them being my go to provider for any future electrical issues that I have.
