 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the work Tom did. He picked up my computer within 36 hours of my initial phone call to him. He notified me several times by phone on his progress and the diagnosis. My computer was returned to me in 24 hours. He was very polite, helpful, and informative.
Description of Work: Tom, ran a diagnostic analysis on my PC, cloned my info so that it wouldn't be lost when he rid PC of viruses and adware.

 + -1 moreMr. Mckee came to my house and was courteous and polite. He is competent, knowledgeable and has a friendly manner. He took his time to find out exactly what the problems were and methodically and systematically cleared them up. I was so impressed that I have sent you him several times. He is reasonably priced considering he is so competent and will come to your home or business.
Description of Work: Downriver Computer Solutions has repaired and cleaned my computer. They have cleaned up viruses and spyware when I thought my computer was a goner. They have answered technical questions for me and made life so much easier with my computer. They have given me advice and recommended programs I might need or want. Mr. McKee has also worked with my husband on his business computer at his workplace and saved him from losing important data as he is a mortgage broker. Downriver Solutions also tutors as he helped me with Outlook Express. He also is experienced in setting up networks.
