We met Arn and Kimberly while attending the Parade of Homes. We were nearing retirement and weighing our options regarding housing. We loved their house featured that year, plus their willingness to help with finding a lot and selling our existing home. Arn and Kimberly consistently go above and beyond the norm to help the customer. When we found a potential lot, Arn was willing to look at it and evaluate it for suitability. During the entire building process, Arn was excellent at communicating progress and answering questions. When little things went wrong, he immediately took steps to correct them. We would not hesitate to recommend McIntyre Builders to anyone desiring a quality built, energy efficient home.

Our experience with hiring McIntyre Builders was absolutely horrible, beyond words. In our opinion (as the paying customer) they produced horrible quality in areas of framing, drywall, paint, trim, flooring installation, tile installation, door installation, concrete flat work and cabinet installation. They transformed expensive quality materials into absolute junk. In our opinion, they (especially Arn) were horrible to do business with. They talked a great story and then completely fell down on the execution of the project. We are aware of at least one other customer who sued them. McIntyre Builders does quality work. They excel at building green homes. He understands the science behind a green home and can explain it.
