ruary 2024 I was kind of surprised on the fence with H2 Oasis when I went in to the business and asked for some help and clarity. The guy working was completely friendly and began talking down some info - stuff I thought I already gave the last person, he apologized and we looked at multiple displays and he began accessing my vision for what I wanted my fireplace frame and doors to look like- I also wanted something custom and after some phone calls to the manufacturer, it was decided that I could Totally get everything I wanted!!! I will never use anyone else but RYAN and you shouldn’t either- I promise you will be more than happy with your purchase and confident that he has evaluated all angles to make it happen Thanks Ryan! Still not resolved after 12 months. The part that makes it run on propane was lost and they cannot get a correct part to make it run on natural gas. Now it is useless to anyone and no one is calling back with a resolution. I would have sold the stove as propane for whatever I could get and had a little something toward a new fireplace. Someone needs to contact us to get this resolved.

I called in the morning, and Huey came that afternoon. He got the pilot light lit, and diagnosed a bad thermostat as the reason the heater wouldn't come on. He suggested that I buy my own new thermostat as it would be cheaper than the one he had on his truck. I bought a new thermostat, but still had problems. I called H2Oasis again, and Lucas came that afternoon. Lucas was very thorough, went up on the roof to check to see if the chimney had any obstructions, and thoroughly cleaned out the stove. Turned out mice had at some time been inside and left nesting material that would have caused some problems with air flow. He also found out that the new thermostat was also defective. The one he had was about $70, but said I could get one for half that price at Menards. I appreciated the prompt response I got both times, and the willingness to suggest money saving ideas like buying my own thermostat. (The defective one I bought will be returned.)

We feel lucky to have found H2Oasis, and confess we're disconcerted by the negative reviews. Check out Google reviews and their own Facebook Home Page. This team is professional, responsive and knowledgeable. And very competitively priced. We had many hurdles in our renovation to overcome, and H2Oasis helped us every step of the way. And p.s.: during power outages the fireplaces WORK because of the battery back up. Wowzer!!

Had appointment with Ed Wheeler for 3pm on Tuesday September 5, 2018 to discuss irrigation project. I took off work early to be there. Waited around until 3:30. He was a no show, and no call to explain, to this writing. Very disappointing.

I was told at the onset that it would be about 4 weeks before they were able to get to it. The day before the scheduled repair, they called to confirm. The technician was young, and had almost a year of experience. He was unable to figure out how to repair it. He came late afternoon, after working on a major installation earlier in the day. He took off his boots upon entering the house, but his socks had soot on them, which then got the carpet dirty. He said he would have to talk with his boss to figure out the solution. About two weeks later, they called to set up an appointment to have a more experienced technician come. Rick arrived on time, and in about a half hour, had the stove working well. In addition to the burner not coming on when it should, the glass front had been broken. Rick said he could get the glass, but they would have to charge me for travel to and from Builder's Glass in Greenville. He suggested that if I was comfortable doing so, I could get the glass and install it myself and save some money. He very clearly showed me all the steps to installing the glass, as well as making sure I knew how to light the pilot light. I got the glass, installed it, and the stove now works perfectly.

They are refusing to do it now and hung up on me, will not answer the phone now.

We are calling someone else! if this is how they do business, I do not want them to even set foot in our home.

Everything went very smoothly. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased.

I've had a good experience with them

Don arrived on time on a Thursday and tried to turn on the sprinkler system, but the faucet that drains the pipes in the utility room was broken and they don't fix any plumbing inside. He gave me his card with his cell and told me to call him if I got it fixed that day (I had a plumber coming later that day for another issue), so I called that afternoon. He said he couldn't make it back that day but would have someone call me the next morning and try to work me into the schedule. I had no problems up to that point. However.... no one called on Friday, so I called the main number that afternoon. They said someone would call on Saturday morning and try to get us service. No call Saturday. No call Monday. On Tuesday, I called and nicely expressed my displeasure with not getting any of the promised calls and having to call them three times. I've already paid for the service so I can't cancel at this point. The woman I spoke to was rather snippy and said she couldn't get anyone here until Friday. She didn't apologize to me, or make any effort to make me happy. I'm not sure I'll use them again.
