Took my laptop in for a cleaning and USB port fix. I brought in on a Thursday. They told me it would be ready on Tuesday the following week. issues: 1. They never called me to let me know if it was ready or if it was delayed. I had to call them. They told me they hadn't gotton to it yet because they had 50 lightning striken PC's come in and they got too busy! 2. I explained my urgency in getting my system back as I run a small business. They then told me it would be ready Thursday. 3. Thursday NO call- I had to call them. Still not ready - promised I would have it Saturday. 4. Saturday NO call- I called at 5 (they close at 6), They had me hold on the phone while they completed a "final testing" the testing didn't work they would need to order different part. Once again they promised it would be ready Tuesday. They had originally quoted me 105 for the service and parts on this day they told me the other part was not as expensive as the parts they originally thought they were going to use and charged my card 90 dollars. This was for SERVICE AND PARTS. 5. Tuesday- no Call. I cal them AGAIN! only to find out the part was on back order.. who knew how long it would be. I asked them if they could get it quicker from another source. They actually told be "sure you can go pick it up at best buy and bring it to us". UNBELIEVABLE! I basically begged for them to get the part and get it installed as quickly as possible. I had to have the PC tomorrow! 6. Wednesday arrive to pick up my system was told they went to best buy to get the part but it didn't work! - yeah sure. AT this point they have already charged me for service and parts and wanted to charge me an extra 50.00 for services. I didn't get the "parts" I was charged for to begin with. I did not pay them anymore! Of course they offered me 200.00 to trade in my 17" wide screen Toshiba laptop Satellite for a new one that they would build for me. 7. When I picked up my PC one of the guys was wearig a t-shirt with a sexual depiction on the front. The shirt referrenced My space showing a pc and MY place showing the sexual act. Didn't effect service but certaintly doesn't reflect a profesional business. 8.I expressed my concern with the lack of communication , the fact that I was promised dates several times that they did not fulfill. They truly didn't seem to care a bit and just said "wish it had turned out better, but we have over 20 calls a day as all our competitors have went out of business" "we don't have time to call people". SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
