I have had many set backs with a water damage claim from last winter. I was referred to this company by IMACC. I made it very clear that I needed this job completed in a timely manner. I was promised several times that my roof repair was to start September 15th. I decided to check with the sub contractor to make sure I was scheduled and 4 days before they were supposed to start I found out I was never scheduled. I also requested several times to have an updated estimate emailed to me and after two emails and three phone calls I terminated their service. Very disappointed with their lack of compassion related to this issue. I did everything they asked immediately and I don't understand why the same service wasn't provided to me. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Mike Case started the day he said completed tear down that day,did'nt see or hear from him in a week then he called and sasid he had an emegency in his family he said it would be a week or so before he could be back left us without being able to use our downstairs kitchen and no cealing tiles downstairs no flooring upstairs and all furniture up stairs all over the place had to move things around just to use the upstairs kitchen i understand about family emergancys but you are running a bussiness then started a week or so later would show up work 4 or 5 hours and not come back for a day or two total time to finish the job was about a month and he did'nt even give a discount

Mike Case is the owner and he came within minutes of my call. They were very confident and did a meticulous job. I liked them a lot and will use the same in future.
