We live in a 105 year old house, which presented a variety of challenges for the major changes he did for us. He's very meticulous, a perfectionist even, and we really appreciated how carefully he evaluated the work before beginning. It shows in the finished work, we haven't had any leaks or anything and it looks beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
