Zoey is wonderful!! She?s saved us multiple times from poor quality cleaning. Her work is amazing and every time she cleans our home looks and smells amazing! She?s also fast and very friendly! Even my kids love her! Worth the money ?

I hired Zoja for a deep cleaning of my house before it goes on the market. She and her team were wonderful and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone for their house cleaning needs. A terrific experience!

This is a great person to hire when you want a deep cleaning on your residence.

I hired this pro to do a deep cleaning. Zoey was very nice but her cleaning was not good. My project was deep cleaning for 3.5 bathrooms and full kitchen for a home I was moving in. When I arrived back after the pro was paid and gone I checked all bathrooms there was urine on toilet seats and around the toilets, hair on toilets seats, hair inside the drawers, hair and dust on countertops. I had to clean every bathroom after I paid hundreds of dollars. I feel that Zoey tried to rush when I left her at the home and didn?t clean everything to get done fast. I texted and called the pro no response or answer!! I would not recommend her WASTE OF MONEY!!

The quality of work was terrific -- I've never seen the place look better, and it acceleratethe process to prepare the house for sale. Highly recommend!

This company went above and beyond for me when I was in a pinch. She came over immediately after I called her and went over everything I needed to be done. I didnâ t think sheâ d even do it and she didnâ t even hesitate to get started. She was so sweet and is such a nice individual to work with. If you donâ t hire this company, you are making a huge mistake. They do NOT disappoint whatsoever and made my place feel like home again. I will definitely be having her come to my home in the future and you should too. What other company do you know that will come to your house in the matter of thirty minutes at 8 am?! The unit l hired them to clean wad empty for over year and totally filthy. They were quick and efficient and scoured this place from top to bottom and l didn't even recognize the place when they were finished. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

Super costumer oriented. Prompt, nice and professional. Great listening skills, so knew exactly what and how I wanted things done. Our house looks perfect for the new owners to take possession. I was shocked at the estimated price, but the service and end result were worth it.

We were very disappointed with our cleaning. We asked for a deep clean and only received a surface level clean and she was done in under and hour. Also quoted use at $250 and charged us another $50 just to vacuum our basement. We spent another three hours deep cleaning after she left to clean everything that was missed.

I will use them again. Very professional highly recommend.

Zoja is extremely nice, but not at all a professional cleaner. I paid $1750.00 for her and ?her employees? to clean and sanitize my EMPTY home that I just purchased. She said that she would be done around 9pm and would have 5 helpers. She arrived at 8am to give me a quote and up charged for everything. She said it was extra to clean windows and shampoo carpets, which was understandable so I agreed. However, I did not know that the windows did not include dusting or cleaning blinds or curtains. She only WIPED the inside of the windows, did not open them or anything. She started around 8:30/8:45am and I left at 9:45am. When I returned at exactly 2pm, she had one helper with her and said the shampoo guy left about an hour ago (I only saw her and the one other lady) as they were mopping floors. Right before 3pm, she said that she had actually finished the whole house, including the unfinished empty basement. There was no furniture at all in the house, every room was empty. I figured for $1750, it will be spotless and perfect. I went to the bank to get the money and we did not do the walkthrough because the carpet needed one more hour to dry and I believed Zoja because she was soooo nice. After she left, I went through the patio to the kitchen with no carpet, there was literally food and trash in the cabinets, dishes that the seller left behind in a cabinet, dirt on the ground and next to the fridge, she did not clean the outside of fridge and just rolled over the inside so the smell was still in the fridge. There was dirt in the corners of the closets, there was con webs and bugs on the walls (and she said she does not clean walls, not even sweeping the webs and bugs), there was dirt on the bases of the floors, and the rooms with carpet had not even been vacuumed. I called her back and she said that she would return in a couple hours after I insisted that she come back same day instead of days later. When she came back she apologized and blamed it on her employees and said that she could not look after everything that they did. However, EVERY room was still dirty. The house was empty so there was not much to do so I figured this would be to deep clean and sanitize as I asked her. When she returned, she had to go over everything and clean everything that I pointed out, and she said the shampoo cleaning could not get the juice out the carpets and something else. However, I asked before she started and she kept saying yes she would be able to do everything. This was a complete rip off and I do not ever leave reviews, but so do not want anyone else wasting their money. She is not a professional at all. I would have been much better with paying some of my younger family members to clean the house because now I am going over everything anyways. And btw, the toilets were not cleaned, she just poured the blue liquid in it and left the dirt around the rings?. WOW! She also did not clean the bathtub. I just wanted her gone and felt bad that she was so nice but she was not even worth $100 honestly and I hate to say it. Also, she told me that anyone else would have not returned and they would have just stopped answering the phone. I did not even bother telling her that her or anyone else would be sued because aoi got her to stay another 2.5 hours to clean the house because she returned to the house around 6pm, and left around 9pm, which is what she ORIGINALLY quoted anyways. Which would have made sense for such as bug house to be DEEP cleaned and SANITIZED. And I do not think she sanitizer anything at all. She kept saying that she had 5 helpers, but we left around 9:45am and she was alone and we returned at 2pm and there was only one other person. I do not think that she is honest at all and she tries to be super nice, but this is more of a scam. I also think she overcharged me greatly because I told her how much I needed the house sanitized for my children and she could tell from the house ...

This cleaning was arranged with short notice and everything was very professional and occurred on schedule. What a relief to depend on someone! We had a lot of build up from a long time without a thorough clean. I amazed at the cleanliness of things like my blinds. With all of the work there was to be done Iâ m sure she could have used more visits to get all in complete order but the progress has made a great difference in my life. The cost was quite high but I think thatâ s the nature of a last minute big job.
