+ -1 moreThe quality of the work was good. I was supposed to get a phone call when it was ready for pickup. I never got that call. I had to call them and the older lady stated she had left me a message. She didn't believe that I didn't get a message and implied that somebody else might have taken it and had not given it to me. She didn't realize that I don't have a landline but only my personal cell phone. It's a minor thing but I was inconvenienced because of the delay.

+ 0 moreThey were very prompt and when I could not come back because I had hurt my back they were very patient until I could come in to retrieve my lamp. And we talked about them making me a couple of more swag lamps when I find the tiffany sades I like. I definitely would recommend them to anyone, they are very prompt,, and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: I had a tiffany swag lamp that the cord was taped with scotch tape and the switch was broken. I took it in and they helped me pick out the color of cord and switch and said it would be fixed within a week.
