Good design, beautiful results. Our patio collected water after rains, and they came back to drill three small holes which helps.

A neighbor recommended Joe and said he will come draw up a design plan and of course encourage us to buy the plants from Sherwood. First, I spoke with someone at the center twice within a month to try to schedule an appointment, they took my info down for the designer (Joe), but I never got a call back. My neighbor gave me Joe's direct number so I finally caught him. I clearly said I was looking for a landscaping design plan, he knew my house was not new and that we were working with some existing landscaping; he scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with me. But when he showed up (late), he didn't bring anything with him to help us make a plan or revamp what we already have. Instead, he just told us we needed to get rid of the rest of the shrubs and then call him back. That was it-- he had no intention of providing any design services when he showed up at my house. It was a waste of everyone's time.

My experience with them was very good. They were very responsive. They got it out very quickly. They even went so far as to dump it in the backyard so we wouldn't have to wheel barrow it ourselves from the driveway to the backyard. The price was reasonable compared to others.

Their price was pretty competitive. He could be more responsive. They are busy in the summer, so it is kind of hard to get on their schedule to get things done. He did good work. He could be cheaper.

Sherwood Forest(Joe) gave us a written estimate and his crew began work the following week. Joe was very good at explaining what they planned to do and why it was necessary. The work was finished on time and the quality of the work was excellent. We had excellent communication with Joe and we would definitely call Sherwood Forest if we needed additional landscape work! .

We brought in a couple landscapers for suggestions for installing a natural privacy fence. Sherwood Forest was able to provide an initial design that we were happy with, and made arrangements to proceed on the spot. We had some difficulty with confirming the installation date; but within 2 weeks from our initial deployment, our trees were installed. We had some last minute changes to our desing, but Sherwood was able to accommodate our changes. In all we had over 40 trees installed, days worth of grading performed, and they still came in under the original estimate. I would recommend that everyone give them a chance at earning your business.

We decided we wanted a garden put in in our backyard. They are the closest center, so we went there. told them a basic idea, they drew up all the plans, made all the arrangements and installed the project. they were helpful and considerate and very knowledgeable in the process. There were no problems with the installation, plans or pricing.

We were very pleased with our service and results. We are having them back for another quote on more work that we need done to our front yard this season.

Excellent - Tree was planted just where we wanted, with plenty of advice on after care and a guarantee. Any issues we have we just call and they come and check the tree and let us know what we need to do (more water, less etc). Great service and aftercare.

We were very impressed with the competence, professionalism and timeliness of Dwight (the owner) and all the people that did work on our job. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend Sherwood Forest to others. Paul (on-site supervisor), Ray and Brandon were the core crew, and they were fantastic at what they did as well as being a pleasure to have around. Very responsive to our needs and special requests. While not inexpensive, we have no qualms with the pricing given value received.

They did a lousy job. Instead of making a nice separation between the grass and mulch they just raked the mulch over the grass. My wife asked them to plant a tree for us, but to call and let us know when they were coming so one of us would be able to show them where we wanted it. They came out the next day, but never called and then planted it in the wrong spot. It was a 20 foot tree. We told them to come back and move it, it took them 2 weeks to come back out. They brought in a big tractor to do the job and tore up our lawn. We have had problems with the tree since then and I believe it is because of the up rooting and moving. They were very nice and acted professionally. They walked us around the let us pick our all of our trees. The price was even good, but the actual work and end result were poor.
