Patrick of Rochester Window Cleaning came out to see what his cleaners would be up against and to make sure I understood what it was I had bought. I was glad he did because I wanted him to understand as well that we had 6X6 picture windows on the second floor besides the regular windows. Not a problem. Same price. Polite, efficient. Crew arrived as arranged. also polite and efficient. Scrubbed some patches of bird poop by hand. Windows sparkled when they were done. I will definitely have them come back next season.

I loved the provider's responsiveness. Patrick emailed me immediately. He also followed up with a phone call. A week beforehand, he called to advise the time his crew would arrive. They were right on time. They worked quickly and carefully and the windows and screens looked great afterward. I also loved the fact that Patrick and his crew leader both explained that a window consists of panes (most windows have two panes) and the charges were by the pane. There are only three things the provider could do better: 1) There was one puddle on an indoor sill after one window was washed (I think they simply forgot to mop one up and I caught it after the work was done and the workers had departed - I corrected it and it did no permanent damage. 2) Double check that the customer's gate is latched. I have a doggy who is fat and old and he doesn't ever leave our yard (I had him caged while the work was being performed). When the workers left, they closed my gate, but it didn't latch. If I had a child or rambunctious puppy, that could cause someone to find an escape route. In the case of my dog, I discovered it when he fell asleep against the gate and it opened slightly (he never noticed it was open). 3) I'd love to get an extra charge to clean bottom inside window tracks, especially on the doorwall. My windows and screens are still clean but I would have gladly paid extra to have them do the window tracks. I'd also pay extra for shutters. That's an extra service I'd like to see the provider offer.

I had an excellent experience with Rochester Window Cleaning. I had signed up for their deal online while I was waiting for an appointment. Patrick had returned my call before I even returned home. The team who came today to do the windows called ahead, were prompt, courteous and super responsive. Price was right, too. I will definitely use their service again, and will recommend to friends in the area.

Oh my goodness! I can see clearly now out of my windows! The crew actually arrived a little earlier than expected. They were very polite and professional. The guys were fast and thorough. Would have taken me at least half a day to do what they did in 35 minutes. Definitely will have them back come spring cleaning time.

After experiencing three cancelled appointments from another company, I contacted Rochester Window Cleaning on the recommendation of my neighbor. The owner, Patrick Delaney, made an appointment to come to my home to provide a free estimate. He was on time, very professional, and provided the estimate. Today his two workers came to my home and did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, VERY clean, and did the best job I have experienced. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will definitely use them again.

They are professional, and non-bothersome. They do a wonderful job, and they are very fairly priced. I will continue to use them.
