They were wonderful and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and there were no surprise fees. There were also no issues scheduling with them.

It was great! They did a terrific job. I was very pleased. The windows we have were more than what the offer covered, so I paid a little extra to cover all the windows. Their pricing was ok and the big deal was a good deal.

They arrived on time and were very professional. One man cleaned the inside windows while others cleaned the outside windows. They did a very good job and were very careful (especially indoors) with my furniture. Will contact them in the future when I am ready to have my gutters cleaned or need the windows cleaned again.

There were two people that came out to clean. It was ok. However, they missed a few a windows, such as the basement windows and the windows in the garage. They didn’t put one screen back, and when I tried to put it back, it bent.

I may be off on the date and amount because it was last summer, but the company did a great job -- showed up on time and did what they were contracted to do. I will use them again.

.I paid last October to have my windows cleaned but did not want them done until we returned from Florida in the spring. I called May 8 to set up an appointment and they came out that same day. They did a great job and I plan to have them come back in the fall to do them again. There were three men that worked together very well. It took them less than a hour. They were friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the job they did.

Patrick was very responsive. The guys did a great job. Just a few hiccups with scheduling and punctuality.

My experience with them was very good. They were on time. They were a little bit ahead of the appointment time, but it was fine. They worked very efficiently. They were done in a good amount of time. They did not waste any time at all, and they did an excellent job. The cost was one of the Big Deal specials. In fact, I have their card, and I told them that I would probably call them back in the spring to have the outside redone after the winter. The quality of their work was very good. This is one company I will definitely use again in the future. The three employees of Rochester Window Cleaning came on time the morning of November 1, 2013. It took approximately 1.5 hours to clean all the windows. One person showed me how to remove windows from the inside on the upper level of the house. (In previous years I would use an extension ladder and clean them from the outside.) As I am getting older I do not want to do this chore. My wife came home and was impressed. She stated we needed to use them again next summer.

On time, quick and good jobs.

Washed all windows inside and out, including the screens. Also cleaned a mirrored wall. Works was thorough and done very quickly.

They were VERY flexible in that they used a straight window count regardless of window size - very simple, straight forward and no further runup of price because we have a lot of large windows. Windows were completely cleaned and streak free, yet they were mindful of the landscaping with no damage to plantings. Will we use them again? Answer is yes. We already have an agreed to price for our next time around and we'll be looking forward to their next visit early next year.

Two men washed all the outside windows. They were there early and finished quite quickly doing a great job plus giving me some tips on window washing.

It was wonderful. He was very prompt. He was right on time and went right to work and did a beautiful job. I was so well-pleased with our windows after he was finished. In the spring, I told him that I would probably call him and make another appointment to have my windows done inside because he did so well for me. I did not have any additional cost. They give you a certain number, I think it was 30 that they give you, and if you don't have that many windows, they will do the screens in place of the windows. It turned out that he was able to do everything. In fact, he included the door walls because I didn't have their limit. The price was very good. The overall quality was very good. I was pleased with everything. Patrick called right away, almost immediately, to set it up.

The crew arrived just a little early-Glen the co-owner introduced himself -we discussed the windows I wanted cleaned (outside)-the price was very reasonable- they even did the 2 skylights - the clean windows look awesome - definitely will have them back out in the Spring

They cleaned windows inside and out and cleaned the screens. Very happy with their work, they have a regular system and it seems to work well for them.
