Description of Work: I had a small section of drywall to put up after taking down part of a wall, and a kind neighbor offered to help me. This quickly lost it's appeal, so I was pleased to see Neto had a coupon at the time, for 3 hrs of drywall work for $99. Of course once he got here, I had him fix a few other things, so spent an additional $95, but it was so worth it. The quality is superb--far better and way faster then anything I could have done, and no sanding was involved. I had him check out a few other wall and ceiling issues and was pleased with his description of what would be involved. I plan on having him out again soon, at full price, to take care of a some of them as well. Lastly there was not a hint of condescension in his attitude for my efforts. Apparently he runs into a lot of DIY projects gone south.

Description of Work: I had purchased an Angie's List coupon for 3 hours of drywall work for $99 online. Steve Neto was very responsive to my call and asked very specifically about the work I needed done. I live in a 50+ yr. old home and had some drywall repair issues. He arrived at the agreed on time and after I showed him the work to be done, he got busy doing it. He supplied his own 16" extension ladder to access a 2-story space where the drywall tape was coming loose in the upper corner and down the wall about 10". He proceeded to knock off the old flaking paint etc. and work on that repair. He then shifted to another room's ceiling where I had nails and drywall popping loose. I thought it was a smaller space, but as he felt along the ceiling, it involved at least 1/2 of the ceiling in the room. He proceeded to chip away the bad stuff, screw the drywall back into place, retape and remud the joints. Since each repair required 3 coats, he moved back and forth from area to area, setting up a fan to speed up the dry time between coats, and worked very consistently. He had a guy along who was in training who helped with spreading tarps, mixing the duraform, handing tools, sponging, and cleanup. He used duraform for the repairs which you do not have to sand, but sponge smooth instead, which means almost no dust. And it dries in about 20 minutes between coats, so Steve was able to finish both areas needing repair in about 4 hours. I paid him $55 for the extra hour's work. Since they had spread tarps over all the work area and taped a plastic film over all furniture in the areas, cleanup was quick and easy. I'm letting the patches dry thoroughly, and I will then repaint over Steve's repairs. My husband and I are very happy with his work, his price and his professionalism. I would highly recommend Steve for any drywall or other related work you might have.

Description of Work: Company finished an unfinished job of putting drywall up in basement fixed an open spot in ceiling, re-finished a lumpy spot on wall in front room. The reason I didn't give company all A's is because he cancelled on the day of scheduled service twice due to unforeseen circumstances. On the day he actually did the work he was punctual. Friendly, honest.

Description of Work: Repaired damaged ceiling due to leakage from upstairs bathroom. I'm sure in a couple of days, won't be able to see the repair as it is presently drying.
