Neto's Drywall & Plaster LLC

Came out to give an estimate within a week after I called and he was right on time for the appointment. Very pleasant to deal with. Offered to redo the drywall as he said that would be the only way to truly fix it and make it plum. Since it was only a garage I asked to do the best he could to level out the walls and ceilings. He ended up retaping and mudding the whole garage and fixing the corner seams. It looked 100% better.

I was happy with the service. The work was minor but the workers were prompt, focused, and friendly. I would have them do drywall work again.

I got his number from website and I called him. The remarkable thing was he called me back within 24 hours and I told him where I was and he called me when he was about a mile from the my house. He came down and took a look and then came the next morning and repaired it. It was just amazing. He did something that we couldn't possible do with a reasonable price on what he did. The reason we couldn't it was not drywall it was a real plastering filling and that needed to be repaired and he was able to do that. He was just very personable, very professional and did a great job/ He had everything needed, he brought all kinds of materials to plaster a drywall that there has dust and that kind of thing everything and cleaned it up with and left it perfectly clean. He did it on his day off.

Steve Neto came to my home and accessed the areas that needed drywall repairs. Most of the cracks on the drywalls resulted from the home settling. Steve provided a Proposal that clearly specified the work to be performed in each area that I wanted repaired. The Proposal listed estimates for labor and materials. I notified Steve what areas I wanted repaired and we scheduled the job. Steve and his partner were very professional, highly skilled, protected my furniture and carpet with tarps and plastic. The repairs were completed in approximately six hours . All work areas were thoroughly cleaned. I was very satisfied and plan to schedule further repairs to be performed by Steve.

It went very well! The bathroom was a real mess - the moisture had stripped the drywall and had started to create mold. The plaster had a lot of holes and started to look really bad. All was taken care of! The only issue I had was that Steve ended up tracking in some dirt into my upstairs bedroom, but given the quality of work done, a quick vacuum took care of that ;-).

All went well, provider was on time and completed the job in one day and cleaned-up when finished. Results were good. Was able to use coupon deal on Angie's List to lower the cost.

I was not there when the work was done but the finished repair job was done well. The worker(s) cleaned up after themselves, no one would even know that someone had worked on plaster. We used Big Deal special advertised through Angie's List email. Neto's communication was great, I was the one that was slow to respond.

The job itself went extremely well! Steve was careful to protect the floor areas where work would be done and at the end of the job, swept and vacuumed in each room. It took five hours to complete the job, which is exactly what he estimated during his first walk through. I would definitely recommend Neto's Drywall and Plaster Repair LLC to anyone who wants a professional and skilled tradesman to do the work in their home!!

Steve and his help (Josh?) arrived on time and and immediately started to setup for the install. They put drop cloths on the floor, covered nearby furniture and partitioned the work area off from the rest of the house with plastic sheeting. The drywall was up in no time and the mudding/taping took a bit more time, as would be expected. After completion I noticed that the openings around the plumbing were not as tight as I wanted for the pedestal sink I was installing. When I brought this to Steve's attention he quickly corrected the issue without hesitation, push-back, or cost increase. The crew quickly cleaned up and left no trace that they were there except for the new drywall! Steve and his help were polite, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process (quote to install). Although the mudding was done with a "no sand" process, it did still require some sanding before I primed/painted. However, I am completely happy with the quality of the work performed and would definitely use Neto's again in the future.

We played phone tag for a few days due to my out of state number. ( No complaint here. People need to understand when you go for a top rated provider on angies list, they're going to have a lot of work and a lot of calls. Be persistent. Don't give them negative feedback because they didn't call you in 30 seconds. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. You want these people because they're good. Guess what? so does everyone else.) I initally had called him to do mud, tape and painting. We set up an appointment and I went back to hanging drywall. Steve showed up on time. Actually his timing was impeccable because I had just hit a wall of DIY burnout and wanted nothing to do with the remaining 30 sheets of drywall. I answered the door with a bleeding hand and a bad attitude and said he's going to hang the rest of it. I have no business hanging drywall and Steve was able to adjust to this instant change of scope. Being in the unreasonable state I was in, I demanded a price on the spot and Steve was able to do that as well. He worked out a schedule that would allow me to get the upstairs painted by the end of the following week. He also recommended some material changes that would reduce the overall cost of the job by eliminating some seams. Although I don't recommend doing this with many contractors, but I gave him a check for the whole amount on the spot. His reviews and our meeting made me feel okay about it. Since he was from the east coast, like myself, even if he took the check and ran he could use the money to buy his accent back. Steve's crew came 3 days later and hung the remaining sheets in the entire room. This was on a Friday. The mud and tape materials were on the floor waiting for the mud crew. The job site was cleaner than when they got there. On the following Monday, the mud crew came. (one guy, It was a small but complicated room) He finished Friday. He used high quality products and did a great job. I'm very happy with the work. The mud crewman gave me a few painting tips and said to let steve know if there's any touch ups needed and he'll come back. Sometimes they're not visible until you put primer on the wall. It's been two weeks later and i haven't painted anything because I am still burned out. Nonetheless, it feels good to go upstairs and not see studs.

We called them out for an estimate and the estimate was significantly higher than other companies. We decided to go with another company.

Steve and his partner, Josh, were on time both dates scheduled and worked throughout the day to finish the job. They were professional and friendly and informative. I am extremely happy with the result and will definitely call them for any type of drywall repair in the future and will refer family and friends to them as well.

Efficient work performed. The person spent an additional 1.5 hours. Materials were an additional cost. Lots of cracks were patched up.

Arranged appointment hoping it would be warm!! He arrived on time and did a great job.

With drywall repair it is typically a multi-day process but not with the solution they use. He was there less than 2 hours and was very clean (100% cleaner than a typical sand and patch) and professional. My husband is going to start using these guys for his home theater company for drywall repair.

He arrived on time and set up, got right to work and was finished in about two hours. I appreciated the drop cloth he put on the hardwood floor. Clean up was excellent.

Steve did an outstanding job and was professional, punctual, and courteous. He was also very flexible in terms of scheduling and worked around my schedule to complete the drywall repair. I will definitely hire him again!

Went very well after a phone call and the job was completed within a week.

Bought a 'Big Deal' for 3 hrs of drywall work for $99.00. Steve contacted me promptly, arranged a date/time. He arrived on time (actually a little early, but he called first to OK this). I had originally purchased this to have some drywall repaired on a pan ceiling due to a roof leak. Steve checked it out and determined the drywall was not damaged, but the ceiling needed only a stain killer and re-painting. He then proceeded to a bedroom and began repairing multiple areas of damage. He explained what he needed to do, and did it quickly and efficiently. He finished all the work in under the "purchased" 3 hrs.

Great. Excellent work from a couple of pros.

Steve was very prompt in returning phone calls and coming out to give us a quote. He was very polite and professional. Once we decided to have the work done he was able to schedule us the same week. The job was completed in the time stated, on budget and looks great!

The owner called the same day. He came out to look at the job later that week. I will review the work once it is done. He could not do the work - I have other contractors that need to finish before the plaster repair can be done.

My impression is great with Neto's and I expect the work to be just as impressive!
