Description of Work: It took a couple if tries to get them out both times we used them. Their work is very solid and I have had painters comment on it's quality. Use the coupon if you can as the second time around for additional work was pricier than I thought. Steve was super nice and thorough.

Description of Work: Patched holes and left everything neat, clean, ready to prime and paint. He also put wood behind the wall near the door handles, so my small children can't put holes in the walls when they slam the doors open. Door stops weren't working so well, so this solution has been helping.

Description of Work: They were great. Steve came in the evening to do the estimate and gave it in the spot. I contacted another outfit, the looked at the job, tried to sell my "extras" said I would have the estimate in 2 days and I didn't here back from them for 2 weeks (their price was higher)----Steve had the job done by then ! The no sand process is just that. Don't hesitate to use them.

Description of Work: Steve and his crew repaired plaster on the kitchen ceiling - they were clean, quiet, non-disruptive. We got a personal follow-up phone call the following day to see how we liked the job. The project looks great, and we are very happy with the work.

Description of Work: I purchased Neto's special deal of 3 hours of plaster work in January. Steve Neto contacted me in a reasonable amount of time, and we scheduled the work to be performed Feb. 5. The work was for miscellaneous patching as well as for repairing large holes in the wall where I was planning to have an electrician do some work. The electrician performed the work as scheduled, but Steve called the morning the work was to be done and said due to the weather (snow or ice) the work would need to be rescheduled and that he would call to set up a date. I was fine with the work being rescheduled; however, I never heard back and finally called Neto's myself on 3/25. We agreed to have the work done on 3/31, and Steve said someone would contact me over the weekend to let me know the time so I could coordinate with my work schedule. I never heard from anyone over the weekend, and Monday at 10:30, Steve called and wanted to know if anyone was at home so the work could be done. I said no and that at this point I was no longer interested in having the work done. Meanwhile, I have had to live with the large holes in my wall since the electrician came out on 1/28, and I will have to find someone else to do the plaster work.

Description of Work: Steve and Roland did a great job installing drywall for my kitchen remodel. They were able to tie in with existing plaster perfectly. They also created a coved ceiling that matched existing plaster coves in the house. These guys know their stuff.
