I'm very pleased with the work that they did. I thought that they treated me very well, there was no pressure to take the job. They were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up when they were done.

Two men came out to look at the job and told me and wrote out an estimate for $250.00. They never showed up as they said they would that evening. No phone call. I called the next day and was told they would be there today. They never showed. Called the next day and was told the same thing. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. So rude as to not even return a phone call. Totally unsatisfied in every aspect of this company.

It went very well, from the time of the estimate to completion of the work. A large crew arrived and tackled the job in a professional manner. Work was completed quickly and clean up was great.

I needed a large dead branch removed which had broken off a tree in my front yard. I called a number of tree services and none of them were immediately available. Josh from Oakland Arbor Care was driving through the neighborhood offering their services. They were in the right place at the right time, since they were working on other trees in the neighborhood. I checked their references on Angie's List, however they did not have any. Their Angie's List listing indicated that they did not have insurance coverage, however Josh indicated that they did and provided me with a copy of their coverage. The price seemed reasonable for the work to be done and they were able to come over and do the work within the hour, and I wanted the work done that day. They had a full crew which included a tree climber and clean-up crew with wood chipper and disposal and equipment trucks. Total job took them about 30 minutes and they hauled away all of the wood and left the area very clean. They were able to take out a number of low hanging branches, which in time will probably have also broken off. The tree now looks balanced and we should be OK for a while. I would hire this company again for tree trimming.

OAKLAND ARBOR CARE DROPPED THE TREE ON OUR NEW POOL. THEY WILL NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH THEIR INSURANCE ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIM TO BE FULLY INSURED. THEY WILL NOT MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM OR AGREE TO PAY FOR THEIR DAMAGES ($4450 AS QUOTED BY OUR POOL COMPANY). THEY HAVE NOT INITIATED ONE CONTACT TO US AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS.
