When the person who started the sprinklers in the spring found that not all the sprinklers were working properly, he started to fix them but left because it was taking too long. He said someone would come out and finish. After numerous calls, Joe Hoffman finally came out, started fixing the sprinklers, left to get a part and never returned.

Called twice to get an estimate appointment. Called in May 2013 and again in June 2013. Said he was too busy, too backed up and would not make an appoinmtment for estimate. He refused to schedule appt. for a later date. Not interesed in new business.

Last year did a good job in making sure everything was working properly This year they did a really lousy job on spring start-up. They did not align the heads, they failed to check for broken lines, they did not program the system the way it had been agreed. They did a very quick set-up and left without making sure it was working properly. When we complained and pointed out a hole and were concerned that it s caused by a borken line,, they said it was caused by animails not a broken line and yet when my wife insisted it be tested, it turned out the line was indeed broken. They then repaired the break. Joe Hoffman - the owner - told my wife if we wanted it programed properly then we should go on the interent and learn how to do it ourselves. Then he told my wife they didn't want our business any more after we had already paid them for the start-up.

They normally do a very good job. The last time around, they did what they needed to and got everything set up and working, which was good. However, the sprinkler was left on, and I think it went off in the middle of the day because the clock was not right. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The two representatives who came out to our house were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and got the job done very quickly. We will definitely use them again!

Removed old system and replaced with totally new system. This is Mr. Hoffman's own company. He had a crew of 4 people to remove and replace the old heads and hoses, but supervised closely and did all the plumbing and electrical work himself. Finished the large (12 zones) job in 2 days. After the job was done and I had fouled up the control panel trying to re-program it, I called him and he came out the next day to re-program it properly.
