Description of Work: Most recently a toilet was repaired. Earlier in the summer three roof HVAC units required replacement of the AC cooling condensers, a $5,000.00 repair.

+ -1 moreAs always, prompt service, fixed right the first time, and at a reasonable price. We have had Evanson Plumbing perform all plumbing work in our house for the past 20 years. We first became acquainted with George Evanson in 1995 when we needed a control valve replaced on our boiler. We weren't finding any good recommendations, so I decided to call the plumbing company whose name and phone number were on a small label on one of the thermostats installed when the house was built in 1965. As it turned out, George Evanson had done the installation of the boilers (an upgrade over forced air heat at that time) and the complete plumbing in most of the houses built in our subdivision 50 years ago, and he was the person who came out and performed the repair in 1995. George is always honest, fair, and does excellent work. We highly recommend Evanson Plumbing.
Description of Work: Repaired electrical components on boiler after a power outage and voltage surge left the boiler inoperative in January.

Not the cheapest but the absolute best value for the money with the best and most honest advice. All work was and is performed just as they state it will be. Any deviations are clearly explained and approved before proceeding.
Description of Work: Evanson has done work for me at my business, home and rental properties since the mid 1980's. I have had everything from new home construction work perform, installing three new roof units on my business offices to as small as leak repairs.

+ -1 moreThey are terrific! I can leave them with my home and not worry about anything missing. I can tell them where the key is hidden, and my alarm code. My home is in excess of 10 million dollars, and I trust them with that. Their prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: Evanson Plumbing & Heating does occassional maintenance on our storage buildings and home. The last time they were here they fixed a clogged toilet.
