They redid the whole kitchen and replaced all the cabinets and everything. They tore away all our cabinets and took them away. We went to them because of their reputation and the quality of their workmanship and the quality of the goods we were purchasing. We did work with them in May. I was glad to leave my husband alone with them.

Their salesman didn't use high pressure techniques and were very thorough and came up with good ideas for the problems and the things I wanted to do with the windows.

They provided a quote and were responsive to my questions, but they were three times higher then the other three quotes I had received. I have herd good things about the company, but I was so surprised how much higher they were on the quote.

They are nice people to call. They are personable. They delivered the supplies required for the project. Insurance had covered the cost. It is a local hardware store where one can find local contractors or painters that work with them. A lot of local painters and contractors get the materials from them. They are very knowledgeable about things that are required depending upon how old the house is and such. The things we bought were unique for our house because our house is over a hundred years old. They have their own network in Rochester for everything related to projects done in a house.

I did not choose them and have basically held up on what I am going to do. They were prompt and professional and I may use them again in the future.

From the time we received the estimate to the day the windows were installed everything went smooth. The salesman, Dave, was great and checked in with us while awaiting the order to arrive. He also was here on install day. The installers were awesome. Very polite and easy to engage in conversation. We had also used them for windows in summer of 08.
