Description of Work: Work was very good and job done as promised. The only thing was that if you don't remove something, they will paint around it (with the exception of the bathtub faucets). I had removed almost everything but the heater cover and thought that this was simply two screws. But the didn't remove it (to me it took longer to tape it than it to remove it) and I had to asked them on a subsequent trip to paint where I had removed it. | |But a good company who did excellent work and came when promised.

Description of Work: Courteous customer service during booking and appointment confirmations. Work done efficiently, kept to proposed timeframe, showed up on time. Thorough explanation of process involved and upkeep of tub and tile afterward. Very satisfied with end result. Reasonable cost. Tub and tile look brand new! Already recommended to a neighbor. Would hire again.

Description of Work: I wanted the glazing done to the edge of the drain and the drain was a little loose. I told the glazer and he said it was fine. He opened the taps full blast and minutes later I had water leaking under the tub, under the floor and right through my chandelier in the dining room. I'm amazed I didn't get an electrical fire. To top it off, the glazing lasted about 2 months and got rough.

Description of Work: Approximately 13 years ago we used this company to reglaze our bathtub from light blue to white. It held up well with daily use from our children. We had them come back to do it again and it came out wonderfully. It looks brand new and should last much longer due to not having kids in the house full time!

 + -1 moreI am extremely pleased. The worker was friendly, professional, showed up both days when he said he would. The price was fair and the tub looks beautiful. I will recommend this company to my friends. My only regret is I waited so long to get this done. Update after 4 1/2 years. The tub is peeling up and scarring on the bottom. It looked really good for awhile, but not so now. Disappointed it didn't last longer.
