+ -1 moreExcellent! I love the selection at Dalton, the sales team (especially Patricia), and the install went great. They did a phenomenal job and I had a patterned carpet that required a great deal of care and planning. My stairs are nice and cozy and beautiful thanks to Dalton.

+ -1 moreHorrible-they havent finished the job. No contact at all. They just play us. They have left us very unsafe. No spindles on the banister to keep kids falling from 2nd level. They do not care either. Owner will not reach out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are selling too and they do not care. My order is under the last name STUCK. We ordered this in July. They still are not done
