Thorough and professional. Called ahead to make sure we were aware he was coming out to the house.

We loosely scheduled a time to clean the gutters. When the weather cleared long and he had a few jobs in the area, he called ahead and went to work. He pulled out his ladder and leaf blower and was done in no time. He said he also quoted us to clean our windows. It was very reasonable as well. We'll be using him again.

Very pleased with the results. Only "complaint" is they didn't call to say they couldn't make it on Wednesday afternoon (21st) as scheduled and called around 8:00 PM Friday evening (23rd) and asked if they could stop by since they were in my area. Fortunately we were home. Steve went beyond the call of duty on one of the downspouts that was plugged and removed an old baseball from the boys next door that was stuck and that's primarily why I'd hire them again.

Very disappointing. I telephoned this company and spoke to the owner. I wanted to hire him to clean gutters at my home in Dearborn. His response was that he did not "service Wayne County" and if I "went to [his] website" I would have known. Well, on his website there is nothing to indicate he doesn't service Wayne County. In fact, in addition to a number of cities listed that his company services, he puts in a catch-all provision saying "and surrounding areas of Michigan". When you say "surrounding areas of Michigan", unless there is some different meaning to those words than ordinary dictionary meaning, that implies you service cities in Wayne County, Washtenaw County, St. Clair County, Monroe County, and so on. Those are geographically "surrounding areas". So short of being a medium, I wasn't able to divine some other celestial meaning to the phrase "and surrounding areas of Michigan". However, the owners inflection in his voice that I should have checked his website and would have known better was a bit condescending. Not sure why that speculator basement level customer service gets him an A+ on this website, but it gets an F from me.

It was ok. I thought $85 was reasonable, but I saw a later advertisement for them that they charge $75. I didn't have any problem with the $85 price. The gutters were clean. Based on the responsiveness and punctuality, I would have to give professionalism a C.

Bought the $143 Gutter Cleaning offer and Steve, the ownere contacted me via email that evening asking about available dates. I told him I'd call him the next morning and he actually called me. He was professional, courteous and eager to show how good his company was. He didn't disappoint! He had someone come out the next day and take care of the gutters as promised! Great service all the way around!

Steve came out as promised and I asked him to blow out the gutters above the higher roof line areas while cleaning the windows. They were filled with debris and leaves. He ended up clearing out all the gutters around the house. The windows are sparkling clean now and the gutters are clear. Meticulous at his work, very thorough. Will definitely be using his services again.

The man was a bit curt with me but then when I called him on it, he apologized and even went above and beyond to secure the gutters.

It was a little challenging to get my job scheduled because am outside of the normal service area for this company, but Steve worked hard to get it scheduled. Kevin came out to actually do the window washing and completed the work quickly and professionally. Purchased under an Angies List deal.

Excellent the company was very responsive to my concerns about weather conditions and explained in detail and prearranged the scope of the job. I look forward to working with them on an annual basis.
