Description of Work: Cleaned windows inside and outside. Steve was very particular about making the windows spotless. I had extra panes (50) and we agreed on a price for the extra. He is very responsible and a University of Michigan fan. Go Blue.

Response from Clear Focus Window Cleaning
We had weather related problems around the time of his initial appointment and had to adjust the schedule due to these difficulties, but we did provide the service promised. The weather, especially rain, wind, or extreme temperatures, can make it difficult for us at times to keep a precise schedule when performing outside services. Safety and the quality of our cleaning are of primary importance to our company. Although many people consider the rain as a factor they may not understand how strong and/or gusting winds, or abnormally high or low temperatures, can adversely effect the performance of our services and the necessity of us to adjust our schedule to compensate for these factors.

Response from Clear Focus Window Cleaning
This customer bought a deal we were offering on Angie's List and requested we perform the work on July 1-3 at 4pm or after, so we planned to do the work on July 3 at 4pm, but upon contacting the customer she said she was packing to go up north and this late afternoon would not work now. After that we attempted to reschedule this job with her but she said she could never arrive home before 5pm and we do not normally go start a large job that late in the day; we explained this to her, and the deal she bought clearly states this service is to be performed during normal business hours. The difficulty in scheduling was with her, not with us, however we did accommodate her request and performed this work for her very late in the afternoon one day. She does compliment our work and the final results in this review but makes no mention of the difficulties she presented to us in scheduling the job.
