Description of Work: Removed gutter guards and cleaned the gutters. Steve made several attempts to clean the gutters but the weather was not cooperating. He would not give up and was able to clean them and we are very happy with his work. He did not replace the gutter guards because he said it would be too difficult at this time.

Response from Clear Focus Window Cleaning
At the time of our first appointment to perform the work for this customer we had weather related issues beyond our control. When trying to reschedule with the customer they had limited availability, yet we still performed the work around their schedule. Upon completion of the work they seemed satisfied. Why they are now writing this review at such a much later date, January 1, and in apparent contradiction to there initial comments is confusing to us.

Description of Work: I engaged them to clean gutters on my garage, not realizing that it had gutter-guards. Nevertheless, representative swept debris from garage roof as well as my house roof and even cut some limbs from my house roof to prevent damage to shingles. All of this was not necessary because the mistake about the gutter-guards was mine. Representative very helpful.
