Description of Work: I didn't realize how dirty our windows were or how hard a few are to reach until I watch him work. What a great job - he had to be a high-wire walker and acrobat as well! I'm SO happy because I'm old and could never get my windows clean - at an affordable price. Love you guys!

Response from Clear Focus Window Cleaning
We did not work for this person in November of 2015, in fact I just went back in our records over 6 months prior to the date of this review, to August 1, 2015, which is over 3 months prior to the date this person claims we worked for him, and we did not work for him at all during this period. We did work for him a long time ago and he seemed pleased with our work, but it was not us he hired to perform whatever work it was he had done in November of 2015, so why did he write this review on our company when it was someone else he hired who performed this work in November 2015? He should look in his checkbook and see who it was he actually paid and write the review on them and remove this review he wrote on us.

Description of Work: They came over and cleaned out my gutters up to 2500 sq feet and they did an excellent job in a very timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised at the debris that came out of the gutters and they made sure that there were no blockages in the downspouts. Most important of all there was NOT leaf debris all over the yard and in the driveway. I am looking forward to using them in the near future.

Response from Clear Focus Window Cleaning
These people live in a very large house, with a lot of windows that were very dirty, they have a lot of screens, this is a very big job with many window that are difficult to reach. I gave them the price in advance and they agreed and we did a complete job including cleaning all the windows inside and out and cleaning the screens, I even closed some windows for them that they were unable to get completely shut themselves. Now it's four months later and they write this review saying the price was too high, etc.? I wish I could show you photos of this house from the back so you could see how big it is and how difficult to reach many of the windows are.
