Great service from a small business. Prompt, effective, inventive (have had a problem with birds nesting in non functional gutter areas for several years), clean. Solved some unusual problems including removing frozen bird nesting materials, and used novel (no cost) solution to prevent birds from re-nesting. Would definitely use this provider again and highly recommend him as well.

Owner of company performed the work. He was thorough and friendly and went out of his way to explain the services performed. He walked me around the house and discussed with me the work he did. Price was fair and he guaranteed that price for follow on work if I wanted to hire him again. I will very likely use this company again for future gutter cleanings and do recommend him.

I bought the Angie's List deal for Clear Focus Window Cleaning to come out and clean our gutters this Fall. Steve came out and did a wonderful job! He was very friendly and professional. With the weather fluctuating as it does in Michigan, he was eager to get the work done before the winter season began, so even though it was a Sunday afternoon, Steve showed up, cleaned the gutters and even blew all the debris off the roof. He did a great job of clean-up so we didn't have anything in the yard from the cleaning. We will definitely call them again in the future.

This was purchased as a featured Deal with an email reply the following day confirming receipt and requesting additional contact information for scheduling, additionally a calendar on the site allowed a choice of potential scheduling dates. Just prior to the scheduled date range for the service a large snowfall and freeze occurred and I assumed that the service would need to be rescheduled, but I was wrong. He called me before arriving and came out as soon as the weather allowed a thaw and provided the service even in the pouring rain. I offered the option of rescheduling because of the rain, but it was important to him to do the work before the weather prohibited the seasonal work. He did a wonderful job, spent time making sure everything was done well in spite of the weather, and even corrected a problem with one of the downspouts at no additional charge. I had a negative experience with a different company in the past with a featured special deal and was leery about trying another one - this worked out extremely well and I will be using his company again in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve came out today, Thanksgiving weekend to clean my gutters. Cleaned them out by hand and then blew them out with a blower. He was very nice. I would recomend his services.

Steve was excellent at responding to my initial contact and within one week out to clean our gutters. Upon his arrival he discussed with my husband that our roof was also in need of cleaning and they agreed on the terms for performing the necessary work. We will undoubtedly be using this company in the future for this service and many of the others he offers as well!

This company was fantastic. Very professional. Very prompt. Very thorough. Great price. And they were finished and gone within a few hours after arriving even though we have 3 story house with more than 40 windows. We will have them back every spring.

Purchased a Big Deal. Steve, the owner, worked with my schedule to find a day to clean windows. I had to change the date, and Steve again was accommodating to my schedule.
