He emailed and requested a call to set appointment. Appointment was set, and call received if if would be okay to postpone a day. Since I had already conveyed it was not a rush it was no problem. Service was done on time the next day, without issue. We were pleased with the service and would use him again.

They don't answer emails or phone calls. When they finally did, 3 weeks later they said they would come out that weekend. They never came!! Kept making promises and then would just not show up or call you back. I would recommend this company. Stay away!

Called, Scheduled, We met, got the work done without me there. The only bit of feedback was that I had to contact him for a summary, rather than it being proactive, but that's pretty small.

We purchased an Angie's List special offer to clean outside windows for $199.00. I knew that our home had at least twice the number of windows specified in the offer and agreed to pay the difference at the time of the visit. Alex arrived promptly as scheduled on 08/24/2015 and determined that we had 72 window panes vs the special offer to clean up to 36 window panes for $199.00. We agreed to have all panes cleaned both outside and inside for a total cost of $450.00. Alex then proceeded to clean all windows both inside and outside, including two large door wall panes for the agreed upon price in approximately four hours. The result can only be described as OUTSTANDING! This was the first time our windows had been cleaned since we purchased our home in March, 2012. We had waited until all nearby lots were built out and the homes landscaped, including lawns, before having windows cleaned and they were extremely dirty as a result. Our windows have never looked better and we have already scheduled another cleaning for this May 2! I would recommend Clear Focus Window Cleaning to anyone looking for a top quality window cleaner at a reasonable price.

It was fine. Their pricing was good. They should have cleaned up after themselves better.

The job was done quickly. He removed leaves and debris from all gutters and downspouts with a blower. The service did not include the dirty disposal but he did everything in such a way that made it easy for me to clean up later. Price was very fair considering that is a two story house.

Cleaned my gutter, but he did it in the dark, fixed several things on my roof and gutters just because he saw issues. He also showed me how to do maintence myself in the future, he was great!

All went very well. As I stated above, Steve came out the same day I purchased his company's deal on gutter cleaning. He is very friendly and professional. His work is top notch. I will definitely use his company again in the future.

Steve emailed shortly after our order on Angie's List to confirm. He called a day later to say he was working in the area and would be here shortly. He came to our house about a half hour later and explained what he would be doing. After examining the roof/gutters he said he would also clean the debris off our roof (pine needles etc) at no charge. He did a very thorough job and then, cleaned up any thing needed on the ground. Steve told us to call back in the late spring when the Maple seeds are done falling and he stated what the price would be at that time. We would definitely hire him again and you should too!

Great, prompt, scheduled sooner than expected

Steve was very friendly. I purchased a Big Deal so first Steve emailed me to gather my preferred contact method, time of day, etc. He called the day before the service date to confirm the time, and despite the inclement weather, he arrived on time. He was fast and thorough. I'll definitely hire him to do more work as needed. I also asked him for a quote to clean my windows, which was also very reasonable.
