Clear Focus Window Cleaning

We had a little trouble scheduling but he tried hard to get it all done in a timely manner. It took a couple of trips due to weather delays but we got it done and the windows look great.

Kevin did a great job especially with the Pella windows that have 4 surfaces. He made sure that the interior surfaces did not cloud up which is hard to do. For an extra charge he also washed our second floor windows which was reasonably priced.

Great--He even blew the leaves off the roof.

The service was safe, excellent, and efficient.

I evidently had an old phone number attached to my account, so Steve had to be persistent to reach me. Once he did, he kept me apprised of when he would be at my house, including calling when he was on his way. In addition to cleaning the gutters, he also did me the favor of replacing a piece of vinyl siding that had blown off at the very top of the house. Very nice guy -- I plan on contacting him in the spring to clean the gutters again AND wash the windows!

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I haven't been on the roof, but I'm sure they blew it all out. I had no problem with them at all. I'm sure that I set up the day and time and I am not sure when it was done but it was done satisfactorily. I liked that there was no bother. He never tried to sell me anything else. He just got up on the roof and did his job and left. I had no interaction with him except on the phone. His work was fine. He was efficient.

Set up and arrival went well. Service however wasn't as good as I had hoped. I had just completed leaf removal the day prior, and the cities curbside pick-up happened as servicing was concluding. All debris from the roof were just blown into my yard, flower bed stone along side my house and neighbors property. Could have just as easily blown everything into the street, as the service technician knew they were picking up leaves as he moved his car out of the street. Additionally, my car parked in the drive way way covered with mud after he was done. Both the back porch and front porch and steps were covered in mud as well. All is fine, however there was card in my front door when I got home. The writing isn't very legible, and it was only written on a business card, but from what I can tell it looks like they want me to send them $45 for clearing out clogged down spouts (original cost was $85). Which is strange because the service tech called my cell phone before the servicing when he had arrived, so I assume he could have called either during or after to confirm additional services.

Steve arrived and completed a thorough cleaning.

It took him a 2nd day to complete the work but he did complete the work.

He was on time and proceeded with the job; my windows now sparkle! This is something that has become difficult for me to do on my own so I was glad to have this service.

Very well! The 2 men were very personable, thorough and accommodating. They even blew leaves out of our gutters while they were here for an additional $80.00. (We have a steep roof!) They charged a little extra for cleaning the inside storm windows (3 @ $7 per window), but it was very reasonable considering how high they had to climb. All the windows sparkled when they were finished. They used a scraper to loosen all the dirt before finishing with the squeegee.

Called me within a couple of days of purchase and then showed up a few days after that. Made sure to let me know when he was showing up and left me a card to let me know he had been there. Gutters look much better.

Things went fine. I would use them again if needed.

This worked out very very well. They asked for three proposed dates that I would like and I gave them three and they came out on the first one. They were polite, prompt and neat.

Great! He was very responsive, moved the date to later in the month when more of my leaves would be down and did a great job!

Steve went above and beyond when he noticed something wrong with some of my gutters. He pointed out the problem and stayed until he corrected it. He has a lifelong customer now, and I will be hiring him in the Spring for gutter and window cleaning.

As above--they're our go to for next year!
