Description of Work: Briarwood was contacted at the beginning of the season as my AC would not turn blowing cool air. The outside unit was working but nothing inside. My technician came out to take a look in a timely manner. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I had a home warranty that was about to expire in less than 4 days and he was able to deal directly with them, to get the parts and return to get them installed in time for the repairs to be covered by the warranty. I only had to pay the deductible. They did a great job and really made my life very easy. Great experience!!!
