A - Z LOCK & KEY

He was very prompt and came right over when I called because he was just leaving another job. I appriciated that he could come out right away. He said it would be $75 and that would include a $55 service charge plus $10 for each lock. When he got here he had problems with the first lock but didn't tell me it was going to cost more. An hour later when he was done it was $140 instead because he said it was a difficult lock. I also have an expensive brass plate on the other door and he scratched it up. After he left, I called him back and told him that I couldn't use the key in my front door. He said he had already showed me how and I just couldn't do it, which I didn't appreciate. I was able to eventually figure it out but I thought this was unprofessional.
