I would not recommend working with this company. There are a few pain points for why we would not recommend this company, in short here are the three main reasons. 1. We all signed legal documents with our bank in March 2022 stating that our project was complete and there were no outstanding balances, yet two months ago he suddenly said we owe him more money for work that was already accounted for in our project contract and some work that we never authorized. 2. After receiving the surprise invoice he stopped honoring his warranty. We have a huge warranty issue to resolve (our roof has started to warp) and three minor issues with our floors to resolve. Instead of honoring his warranty, he threatened to put a lien on our home for the surprise invoice and has stopped all warranty work. 3. Owner is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. He constantly changes his mind on agreements and even went as far as calling me a c**t because I asked him to fix an issue with water coming through the bottom of my French doors (you can see a picture of my doors on his website if he still has it up).
