It didn't go anywhere ..... useless contact.

We had just moved into this house and initially I had another company come in and they did such a poor job that we got rid of them and we hired Icon and they fixed it up nicely and did a wonderful job. It was a fantastic job. I knew them because they were owned by the same company who did the inspection of the house so he is a subcontractor so I had him do a couple of jobs for me as well. It was all very positive. They were prompt. They were on the side very quickly, I think within less than a week. They finished the job when they were supposed to. It took a few days, we were gone on a weekend and it was done. The quality of the work was outstanding.

Icon Restoration & Construction LLC were spectacular. The gentlemen came to the house and saw the damage. He explained to me that it wasn't that big of a job and that I really didn't need his company to do it. I was really impressed. He gave me a lot of good information and he said "if you need anything in the future, don't hesitate to call." They were great. I really didn't get an official quote because he explained to me that the job wasn't as big as I thought and that I probably didn't need his large crew. He said "we certainly will but it will probably save money to go at a different direction." I've recommended him to friends of mine even though I didn't use him.

The service was very good and I am very pleased with the work they provided. They were very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. The workers showed up on time every day and worked until the job was completed. I would recommend this company to my family members if they needed any work done.

Icon Restoration & Construction was referred to us by our Insurance provider, after we discovered our sump pump had failed in the lower level, as a result the lower level flooded with over 3 inches of water. We had our basement finished a little over a year prior. The water destroyed everything from the flooring to cabinets, doors, trim and drywall. At which time we called Icon, thats when we met Luke one of the owners. They where super quick, clean, responsive and compassionate. 1st they came in and dried out the lower level and immediately started construction without delay. Luke Walked us through the claim process, answered all of our questions and helped us make all of our selections. Our lower level was completed better than we had it in 8 days. We would recommend Icon to family and friends without hesitation. By far the best service and quality we ever had.
