Description of Work: Furnace was inspected, humidifier filter replaced, and minor adjustments made to ducts to prevent vibrating when blower was turned on. After I described the vibration to another company, I was informed that a service call was needed and that would incur a much higher fee. No such "service call" was necessary, and Eller was able to do the job very well and at a fair price.

Description of Work: He e planned everything well and did a good job. My $350 deal became $500 because of plumbing extra, and he neglected to close a cover on the furnace, but otherwise I was satisfied

Description of Work: I was concerned about the smell of gas in the basement and thought a furnace service would be the one to call. When he got there he informed me that I could call the gas company any time and they would have come to inspect it. The furnace was in great shape, so not much for him to do, but as he did the inspection he landed up finding a possible leak in a pipe by doing the "bubble" test. He tighten this area and the gas smell is in fact gone. So it couldn't have worked out better.

Description of Work: 20 point AC inspection and coolant replacement. First appointment was 2 HR window and got called with only 5 minutes to spare saying running an hour plus late. Created a scheduling headache and I was miffed about late notice but we eventually rescheduled and worked it out. Guy who came out was very professional and nice. Perfect aside from scheduling issue.

Description of Work: I provided 3 date options for the service when I purchased the deal from Angie's List but the provider asked for a different date and we scheduled for the work to be performed on Tuesday May 26, 2015, which we agreed to. But the provider called us and left a message on Friday May 22, 2015 that they cannot perform the service on May 26 due an emergency work on May 26th. I don't understand how come they know of an upcoming emergency 4 days ahead!!! Anyway, I called them back and tried to reschedule the service soon but they were booked for another couple of weeks and did not call back to reschedule to an earlier date like the lady had promised. Overall a very disappointing experience and a waste of my time.

Description of Work: FURNACE CHECK/CLEANING. IT WENT VERY WELL. TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS OF DIFFERENT KIND OF FURNACE FILTER TO USE WHICH ARE ACTUALLY CHEAPER BUT BETTER FOR MY FURNACE. TALKED ABOUT USING THEM AGAIN FOR SPRING CHECK UP AND CLEANING OF MY A/C UNIT.
