Description of Work: FURNACE CHECK/CLEANING. IT WENT VERY WELL. TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS OF DIFFERENT KIND OF FURNACE FILTER TO USE WHICH ARE ACTUALLY CHEAPER BUT BETTER FOR MY FURNACE. TALKED ABOUT USING THEM AGAIN FOR SPRING CHECK UP AND CLEANING OF MY A/C UNIT.

Description of Work: Full of hidden charges... The deal said 'whole house humidifier installed' but it said NOTHING about having to pay extra fees if it was a new install. |The day they were supposed to install, my husband took off of work to be at the house. A lady called me and said they were running behind because the last job the crew was on took 3 hours. She said that the deal was supposed to say 'replace an old humidifier and blamed Angie's list for messing up.' And because they were having to do new installs, it was taking up a lot of time...not my fault. Finally, about 5 minutes before the 2- hour window of time that they said they should arrive at my home-- They called and just said they were not coming at all that day. My husband took off of work for nothing.

Description of Work: Installation of whole-house humidifier. Do to the location of the furnace (near a wall) they had to determine the next best place for the humidifier. Once that was done, the installation was done quickly. They gave me a quick review of the workings and filter replacement. They did a very good clean up and were professional and polite.

Description of Work: Came in and checked HVAC. Tried to sell me a new compressor. It was a soft sell and reasonable. But I felt, due to the follow up call, that it was just a sales call.

Description of Work: Repaired the furnace. A part had to be replaced. The technician was prompt and courteous. Job was done quickly. Will use again if we need furnace work.

Description of Work: Re-seated and tightened the master bath sink faucet and diagnosed issue with the guest bath tub faucet. Suggested some recommendations.

Description of Work: They were neat, clean, efficient, very polite. They removed every gas log, cleaned it vacuumed, checked the gas lines, washed the fireplace doors and went up on the roof to check the protective net. They took pictures on the roof and showed them to us so we could see. The cost was zero so all I paid was the $99. for inspection and cleaning when I bought the service.

They responded in a timely manner and were professional and did a great job. |They had to adjust something and came back with no questions and made the adjustment. |Each time they came out, there were separate times to replace the furnace and hot water heater, |they explained what they were doing and the technicians were friendly and knowledgable.
