Quick response to request for quote, and timely completion of job

Did not keep two install appointments. We were able to reschedule. Work was good.

Told me they would have window ready to install in 2 - 4 weeks took 2 full months. 1 window! Never call u to tell I there's a delay. The first appointment for installation they cancelled never called me. I took off 2 hours early from 2 accommodate there scheduling . They didn't have the decency to call me. When I ask them why they couldn't give me a reason. They really didn't seem to care. I would call and complain some more but they probably don't want to here it. I think It's all about them not the customer. I'm glad I only had a small order they obviously can't handle more than that.

Very nice and informative. Had a problem with the size and had to reschedule. Just completed last Monday.

So far they are very happy, although I don't like giving a deposit before I see the work. But all and all I hope things go well.

came to install glass and the new glass was broken........

WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL....HAD APPOINTMENT SET UP TO INSTALL. COMPANY CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER BUT DID NOT CALL TO INFORM ME. l HAD TO CALL THEM. MINOR COMMUNICATION ISSUE...OVERALL JOB WELL DONE. WOULD CONTRACT WITH THEM AGAIN.

ALL SEASON CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE ON THE WORK THEIR GOING TO DO. THEY SHOULD BE OUT WITHIN A WEEK TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

Took 2 months for them to come and do the reapair work, first guy did a decent job but broke 1 window,called them and came back right away to measure for new glass ,said it would take about a week to get, a little over a month later I get a call saying my glass came in, they installed it while I was not there , said they were ahead of schedule and the job was not up to par, gaps around the stops and freshly painted sills were all torn up, had to recaulk and repaint the whole window, witch I had just paid to have professionally done, check into all options before you settle on a contractor

The senoir partner is great and caring. Younger partner appears to have an attitude problem. This is one person's point of view.

To be honest, I had trouble with their job done on my windows at the first visit. After getting my feedback about the issues I recognized, they came back proactively and fixed all the problems I noticed so far. I am statisfied with their service now. Also I would like to thank them for working hard on the cold day. Happy holiday to all.
