A little confusion with salespersons statements and what he wrote. Installers did a good job and tried to right the confusion and so fid more than was written.

Starting out with Mike the appraiser followed up with the Master Installer Barry along with an entered apprentice, Dustin were and are without question above outstanding. Mike started out with a Military discount which is appreciated by all who have served, and is a GREAT approach for return customers. The price was without question well below the other seven (7) suggested Pros. Barry was and is a true company representative and ensured all work he and Dustin completed was above industry standards. Barry and Dustin went well above the 110 % effort. The best I have every had the pleasure of having work accomplished in my home.

They arrived when promised. Took time to clean up even though it was freezing outside. Window looks great. Very efficient they were done within a half hour.

Though we had no power during this time, they took time to do the job with rechargeable tools. Good workmanship around the windows but clean up was not the best.

I have two windows that they could not repair due to the design and age of the window. They were able to fix another window that had a latch issue. He ordered the part and came back within a few days to repair it. He did a great job on that window.

I was pleased with the result: fair quote, good follow through, timely delivery. The salesman and the installers were polite and friendly and tidy! I thought of replacing the whole system but really preferred to keep the original appearance of the patio door windows. This was more reasonable and looks better. The windows are new, sealed double pane tempered glass. I'm happy!

Mike came to my house and looked at every window frame and sill He put together an affordable plan for repair. The repairs were done and I could not be happier. They repaired windows that I was sure needed replacing and made them better than new. WOW!!!! Thank you.

The salesman, John, and the installation crew were friendly, knowledgable and worked on a timely schedule. Their workmanship was excellent. I appreciated that they kept me updated on their progress and cleaned up well after they were done. I would recommend and rehire this company if needed.

The installation crew did a great job in the removal of the old & replacement of the new window Subsill, Sill, Mullion, Sash & Glass. Their workmanship was excellent and they made sure the area was cleaned up before leaving the site. I will hire them again & will recommend them to others as well.

They replaced some window panes with seal failures (condensation between panes) in my home. Pricing was reasonable, overall lead time was a little long, but actual install work was done quickly and effectively. I'm satisfied with the final result.
