All Season Window Restoration

It was easy to schedule for estimate and service. Both the estiamte person and the service person showed up on time. Completed the job fast. Clean the work site. Very professional. I would use them again. The only thing is the estimate/sales person had said that this is because of external build of the window and had listed a price and to fix it. When the Service Tech came, he looked outside and said "nah - Thats how it is made". So I have a feeling they may have over charged for something that wasnt an issue. I would suggest that next time do your home work and get a couple of different estimates so you know

Our satisfaction with the new glass surpassed our expectations. We were very impressed with the expertise Robert Pelzel showed when taking the measurements of our windows. We appreciated his precise itemized purchase agreement along with the detailed specification sheets that contained clearly outlined drawings of each window and the location of where each glass was to be replaced. We were equally impressed with his installer Brandon Rayl. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He was thoughtful enough to remove his shoes each time he entered our home with a window. Brandon was kind enough to work on a problem we had with one of the balancers in a particular window, and he successfully repaired it. This young man was methodical, precise, and exhibited a wonderful work ethic. My husband and I would not hesitate to extend our highest recommendation of this excellent company.

Professional and courteous. I would call them again if I need to restore windows. I should have known what they do a few years ago when I replaced a bow window.

They came out intime, but were unable to fix my tracts for my storm windows, Gave me another company who they think can do the job, Very honest.

There isn't enough room to write all my complaints. I was promised service the next day, but no one called.Called 3 days later & was told they left a message-DID NOT!!!It took over 6 weeks to get rebuilt window re-installed, with more excuses as to why. All the whle there is a board in window; condo association started sending warnings of potential fines if the window wasn't replaced soon. Finally got the wndow and it didn't close right. SURPRISE! Now the crank needs replacing! Funny--no problem before they came out.Had them replace the crank-still does close right. We are done with their excuses. We will find someone else to fix it right.

Very professional and answered all my question. An addition he was prompt to our appointment and that was nice not having to wait.
